Avalon Technologies Pvt Ltd, an electronics manufacturing services company based in India, is a part of the US based Sienna Group of Companies. Avalon internal capabilities includes Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, Cable Harnessing, Precision Machined components, Sheet Metal Products, Plastic Injection Moulding and Complete Turnkey products. Each capability has one or more significant and complimentary strengths, when combined creates a dynamic, full service manufacturing solution, that is ready to meet all of its customers requirements. All of Avalon's Vendors undergo an exhaustive qualification process and rated periodically for performance. Avalon has two manufacturing facilities in India. One in Chennai (volume production) and other in Bengaluru (prototypes and low volume). As far as quality is concerned, Avalon is ISO/TS 16949:2002 (Global Automotive Quality Specification) and AS9100 ( Quality Management system for Aerospace) certified. All our U.S facilities are ISO 9001:2000 Certified. Our Group is currently in implementation stage for ISO14000 (Environmental Standard), OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Standard), TL9000 (Communications quality system) and ISO 13485 (Medical Equipment Standard).
