Chang Yun India Limited has been established in collaboration between Anand Automotive Ltd. with CY Myutec, Korea (earlier Chang Yun of Korea) to manufacture Synchronizer rings for the automotive industry. The Company's facility is located in Gurgaon. The company is ISO/TS 16949: 2009 certified. Currently the company manufactures Single cone & Multi cone Synchronizer rings for passenger car application and has capability to supply rings with friction coated as per the customer requirements. The company offers molybdenum coating and carbon coating as form of friction materials. Also liquid honing is provided as per as the customer requirements .The friction coating and the liquid honing process helps vehicles to improve its performance against wear resistance and increase the transmission life while increasing the smooth shifting of gears. Chang Yun India is currently enjoying the largest share of synchronizer ring market for Passenger Vehicles segment with more than 70% hold in India.
