Genesis began its journey from 1986 as a proprietorship concern. It was turned into a private limited company in 1998 and was named as Genesis (Pvt) Limited which works according to the Company Laws of the Government of Bangladesh.

It is a Mass Communication and Public Relation concern emphasizing mostly in printing and publication and advertisement in press, electronic media and outdoor.

GENESIS has modern offset printing machine (one four colour Favorit, two RPIIC single color,one practika from manroland and two Kord from Hiedelburg including stripping and plate making section with binding facilities which can provide all sorts of binding i.e. Calendar, Diary, Register, Spiral & Wire-o Bound, Perfect Binding Dice & Corner cut, Film Lamination etc located in the same premise which helps to control the quality of work.
