Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of M/s DongWoo Surfacetech Korea, Which is the number one company in Commercial Heat Treatment & Industrial Furnace Manufacturing in Korea In India the entire Heat treatment Shop for M/s Hyundai Motor India and M/s Daewoo is set up by DongWoo Presently DongWoo Surfacetech India has built a state of the art Commercial Heat Treatment Shop and Industrial Furnace manufacturing Facility at Mappedu Village, Thiruvallur Dist., about 15 KM for Sriperumbudur, in order to cater Domestic and International market. Our Commercial Heat treatment facility which is primarily aimed for Heat Treatment of Automobile parts (Gears) for M/s Hyundai Motor India Ltd. is having an installed capacity of heat treating 600000 Gear boxes per year. (about 60 Tons of steel per day). Our Industrial Furnace manufacturing facility will be making all kind of Heat treatment equipment in order to cater Indian & International Market. Our major strength is Roller Hearth type semi continuous and Batch type Gas carburizing Furnace which has got lot of advantages over conventional pusher type furnaces. Our next specialty is Gas carburizing and molten salt bath quenching, which is the most suitable Furnace for Automobile transmission Gears which requires minimum distortion.
