Built up Area To provide diverge range of quality product we have manufacturing facility of around 3000 Sq ft. spreads on two floor around 1500 sq ft on each floor. We have other factory with 8000 sq ft. area in the heart oh the city. 2. Production Capacity. We have production capacity of nearly 30,000 pairs per month of complete shoes production of Gents, Kids and Ladies footwear. 3. Machinery A) Presently we have hand lasting machines with hand lasting capacity of around 1500 pairs per day. B) We have 60 stitching (mok 31) machines and zig zag and 5 post bed machines and we can comfortably produce 1500 uppers in house. C) We have 20 cutting tacles and 3 clickers for cutting preparation of 1200 pairs/ day. We are confident with the above set up we can comfortably produce 30, 000 pairs permonth for you.
