Gym Flooring System is available in a variety of styles and materials. The two most common materials are rubber and foam. Rubber is more durable, has anti-slip properties, and is the flooring of choice for commercial gyms. Foam offers a lighter weight material that is not quite as durable. The advantages to using foam are that it is an excellent insulator, is portable, and often costs less than rubber gym flooring solutions. A third material we offer that is starting to be used more and more in gyms is PVC floor tiles. These tiles are available in bright colors, can have surface patterns like coin and diamond patterns, and are extremely durable.The downside to using PVC tiles however is that they do not have as much shock absorption capacity as either rubber or foam gym flooring. If you are unsure what material would be best for you, we recommend ordering free samples of each so you can see and feel them for yourself. Generally speaking, the thicker the flooring, the more shock absorption capacity the flooring will have. Additionally, commercial gyms typically need a thicker grade material than a home gym. Determining what style of gym flooring you prefer, whether that is a roll out flooring, individual mats, or interlocking tiles, is often a personal choice. Rolls are often used in larger areas whereas tiles are used more often in home gyms.Either option is fairly easy for the average home or gym owner to install their own. Mats are often thicker and used as a portable solution where heavy weights may be dropped (rubber mats) or where extra cushioning capacity is needed for people (foam mats). Athletic Running Track
The prefabricated rubber athletic track surfaces are globally recognized. The prefabricated rubber athletic tracks have come as a replacement of the traditional PU track. The one-time embossing and workmanship gives the product very good quality and at the same time strong resistance to water, anti-slippery, shock-absorbent, excellent elasticity, anti-aging and long lasting durability. And further, the biggest advantage of the pre-fabricated mat is that the rubber granules do not break off from the surface. The pre fabricated mat is IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) approved and is totally environmentally friendly.The rubber mat is primarily made of natural rubber and in two layers. The upper layer is harder than the lower layer and the elasticity of each layer is different. The top surface is moulded with irregular convex lines while the back has a waffle like pattern forming 8400 concave air cushions per square meter of the track. The surface has excellent anti-slip, elasticity and shock absorbing properties which makes the players less susceptible to pain. Both the top and bottom layer is vulcanized at high temperature after calendaring and embossing on both the sides. This ensures that the top and bottom layers become bonded together and there is no split between the two.

Volleyball Court Floorings
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964. Dimension Court Length - 18 meters. Court Width - 9 meters. Divided into two 9 m × 9 m halves by a one-meter wide net. The top of the net is 2.43 meters above the center of the court for men’s competition. The top of the net is 2.24 meters for women’s competition (these heights are varied for veterans and junior competitions). There is a line 3 meters from and parallel to the net in each team court which is considered the “attack line”. This 3 meter (or 10 feet) line divides the court into back row and front row areas (also back court and front court). These are in turn divided into 3 areas each, starting from area “1″, which is the position of the serving player.
