    Attendance Our payroll software is compatible with all kind of biometric device; we will configure your existing biometric device to run with the software. Global HR Payroll maintains attendance record in four way: 1. Manual Attendance 2.Attendance on login 3.Attendance using bio-metric device 4.Excel import attendance System automatically calculates the overtime, early out, late coming, public holiday, leave parameters. System administrator can set the overtime, early out, late coming, holiday criteria as per their industry policy. Allowance / Deduction We have developed this feature as much configurable as possible. You can as many allowances or deduction as many you want. Fully configurable, set on which allowance is calculated, in rupees or percentage, allocation period, maximum limit, effect on TDS, effect on PT, effect on LOP, and to whom to allocate. Three ways to allocate the Allowance/Deduction: 1.Globally same for all category 2.Category wise different allocation means you can allocate same allowance to different category employee in different amount and method by their category. E.g. Employees under Labor category is getting 800 rupees as conveyance and Employees under Manager category is getting 2000 rupees as conveyance. 3.You can change the allowance/deduction for an individual employee. E.g. if you want to give a more conveyance allowance to one employee than other than you can. Payroll Settings(Salary Structure) One of the most important module of the system. Configure the system as per industry rules and regulation. These rules will be considered during the salary calculation. You can manage the rules by employee category and the effective date of it. Things you can configure: -Bonus Rules -Time Rules -LWF Rules -P.F. Rules -ESIC Rules -Over Time Rules Employee Master When a new employee join your industry you just have to fill up one form containing all required details to calculate the salary of that employee. You can set the opening balance of leave, PF also. You can also provide additional information of employee e.g. Personal details, Family member details, Contact Information, Bank account details. You can configure the allowance of the employee differently than the allocated the employee category. Suppose employee is under Labor category and Conveyance allowance is allocated to the Labor category. Now if you don’t want to allocate or want to change the allocated amount than it can be configured from here. You can also set whether the overtime, early in/out restriction, P.F. deduction, ESI, LWF is to be consider or not. By default it will be as per Payroll Settings. Leave Management and Allocation You can create as many leave types as many you want. You can set a rules for each leave e.g. minimum leave employee can take, maximum leave employee can take, Leave allocation period, Maximum Leave can be carried forward, Minimum time duration to obtain the leave, Minimum work experience to obtain the leave, When to allocate the leave, when employee can avail the leave, Maximum encashment, whether holidays in between leave to be consider as leave or not, whether weekends between leave to consider as leave or not, paid or unpaid etc. We have provided a two ways to allocate the leaves to the employees. 1.Globally same for all categories e.g. you have created a “Casual Leave” with yearly 12 leave allocation. You have allocated this leave to the “Worker” and “Manager” category employees than all the employees under this two category will be allocated yearly 12 leaves under “Casual Leave” 2.Allocate leaves differently by category, you can allocate the different number of leave to category. E.g. you can allocate 12 “Casual Leave” to “Worker” category employee and 18 “Casual Leave” to “Manager” category employees. You can also set whether the overtime, early in/out restriction, P.F. deduction, ESI, LWF is to be consider or not. By default it will be as per Payroll Settings. Global HR Payroll is a online solution means all the employees of the industry will have his/her login of Payroll system. Employees can send a leave application to their respective reporting authority from their Payroll login area. Global HR Payroll will take care of leave Carrie forward rules. Leave Encashment Employee can apply for leave encashment against their leave balance. Our payroll system will automatically calculate and take care of the rules of the company for the encashment. On approval from reporting person of the employee encashment amount will appear in respective month salary. Salary Increment You can give increment to employee salary. Global HR Payroll will manage the arrears and the respective taxation according to effective date of increment. This software will take care of all the allowance, deduction, and taxation as a part of arrears. A total hassle free arrears management. PF/ ESIC/ LWF/ PT/ Deduction This software will automatically deduct the PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT and maintain their account respectively. The deduction will base on the rules provided by the Payroll configuration. You can set the rules of this deduction as per employee category. You can also cancel the deduction PF if an employee doesn’t want deduct the PF from his account. Taxation Most tough job for any accountant of industry is to maintain tax account of each employee. Our system will just keep you free from maintaining tax account of the employee. Income tax will be deducted from the employee salary as per respective salary slab of the employee after all deduction and income. Employee can declare their investment, other income under IT declaration, the income tax deduction will be automatically calculated as per employee investment. You can configure the IT declaration heads, so if there is a change in declaration rules you just have to change the declaration rules by your own without and hassles. Bonus You can pre-set the bonus of the employee into system. The bonus will be automatically reflected into salary at provided month and year. Extra Salary You can give an extra salary to adjust the salary or other purpose. Loan Management In case employee has taken a loan from third party bank, than you can manage the employee loan account into system and can deduct the installment from employee salary.
