The Payment of Maternity Act. 11. The Equal Remuneration Act. 12. Punjab Welfare Fund Act. Compliance of Various Labour Laws: 1. The Factory Act 1948. Registration Certificate – Govt. Fees……../- Guidance in maintenance of various Registers 2. The Employees State Insurance Corporation Act 1948. Registration Govt. Fee Rs…../- Preparation Challan, Returns, Preparation Half early Returns. Handling ESIC Inspection as applicable Handling Labour Laws Inspection Laisoning with Labour Officials 3. The Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952. Registration Govt. Fee Rs…../- Preparation Challan, Returns, Preparation Half early Returns. Handling PF Inspection as applicable Handling Labour Laws Inspection Laisoning with Labour Officials 4. The Punjab shops & Commercial Establishment Act. (a) Registration Certificate – Valid for 3 years and Govt. Fee Rs…../- (b) Form G – Any change in RC to be sent to concerned authority within 7 days of change (Normally establishment used to send it monthly basis). © Registration Certificate issued to be displayed at reception or front office. (c) Register in C, D and E format (Single register) to be maintained (may request to exempt to keep the register)for Attendance, Wages/Salary and deduction of wages. (d) Exemption u/s 30 for night working of female employees. Renewal charge Rs. ……/ 5. Payment of Wages Act. Rs.000/ (a) Salary or Wages Register/Sheet to be maintained on monthly basis. (b) Proof of issuance of Salary slip 24 hours before release of salary. (c) Notice of Rate of Minimum Wages to be displayed – Once Only. (d) Abstract of Payment of Wages Act to be displayed – Once Only. (e) Register of Advance – Monthly (f) Register of Overtime – Monthly (g) Register of Fine – Monthly. (h) Register of Deduction for damages or loss caused to the employer – Monthly. (i) Register of Leave with Wages – Monthly. (j) Leave Cards – to be amended at the time of sanctioned of leave. 6. Minimum Wages Act. Rs.000/ (a) Annual Return to be sent before 30 days of calendar year – Applies only to the employees drawing salary up to Rs. 10000/- PM. 7. Payment of Bonus Act. Rs.000/ (b) Three Register namely A, B and C to be maintained – Applies only to the employees drawing salary up to Rs. 10000/- PM. (a) Abstract of The Payment of Bonus Act to be displayed – Once Only. 8. Payment of Gratuity Act. Rs.000/ (a) Nomination Form F to be taken from each employees within 30 days of joining. (b) Abstract of The Payment Gratuity Act to be displayed – Once Only. (b) Notice of Opening of Establishment to be sent within 30 days – Once Only. (c) Name of the Concerned person authorized by the establishment to be sent to concerned authority and the same to be displayed at notice board – Only Once. 9. The Contract Labour (R & A) Act. Rs.000/ Applies only when 20 or more contract employees (directly or indirectly) engaged in an establishment. (a) If applies, Registration Certificate to be obtained valid for 1 year, govt. fee depends on the strength of employees. (b) Annual Return to be sent. (c) Notices of commencement and completion of work to be sent – only once. 10. The Payment of Maternity Act. Rs.000/ (a) Abstract of the Act to be displayed – Only Once. 11. The Equal Remuneration Act. Rs.000/ (a) Register D to be maintained, if male and female employees engaged in same category- Monthly. 12. Punjab Welfare Fund Act. Rs.000/ (a) Quarterly/Annualy Contribution of HLWF (Haryana Labour Welfare Fund – (Employees Cont. Rs. 5 and Employers Cont Rs. 10 per month per employee). (b) Annual Return in specified proforma. (c) Register in Form B to be kept and need to be amended annually. (d) Any unpaid accumulation or fine to be remitted to concerned authority after 2 years of realization. 13. Two Visit in the origination in a Month. All record will be maintain at your company premises, The 1st contract will be for a period of 3years thereafter it can be reviewed with mutual consent, The contract can be terminated by giving 3 months notice from both the sides. Our Consulting charges will be Rs.0000/- per month and thereafter will be increased every year. Court cases fees Extra Rs. 0- per cases.
