The Single Point Diamond Tools are more versatile dressing tool, which is used for turning and dressing of grinding wheel. They are made of carefully selected raw diamonds mounted in holders by means of special bonds .The dressing tool takes care of two main functions, it removes abrasive grains which have become completely worn out, and it recreates the correct geometric shape of the grinding wheel. We offers 3 grades to refinish the wheel , when the wheel become dull. It can provide a very accurate profiling of the wheel, and is the simplest system, not requiring any special device. In this type, dressers with a selected diamond crystal mounted on a shank. The point of the set diamond is concentric with the shank. in wheel dressing by means of single point dresser, normally a depth of cut of about 0.02-0.05 mm and a rapid traverse is applied till the wheel becomes true. For finishing, the depth of cut is reduced to 0.01-0.02 mm and the traverse is reduced to about 0.1 m/min. For dressing diamonds, normal working speed of grinding wheel is applied. The diamond dresser should be attached at an angle of 10~15 degrees from the horizontal axis of the grinding wheel. on the negative side the dresser has short life due to the small size of the tip. Otherwise dimensionally stable dressing with a ture profile is not possible. There is also a risk   of the diamond being damaged.  Carefully place the diamond on the grinding wheel.
