Production of high purity methane using a cryogenic method developed and commission by european company. Particulates are removed from the basic raw material, which is then repeatedly cooled. Water, heavy hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide, sulphur and mercaptains are then removed. With further processing, the basic raw material eventually becomes a liquid and the liquid methane is separated by cryogenic distillation. Purified liquid methane is collected and stored.

Hydrogen is abundant in nature, but only as an element that forms part of other compounds. This is why, in order to use it as an energy carrier, energy has to be applied first to extract hydrogen from these source.

Propane, Butane, Iso-Butane and Propylene with minimum purity of 99.5 % are manufactured. We have Laboratory facility for analysis of the impurities in all these gases. The plant is designed and Built for Bhuruka Gases Ltd by our European Supplier.

The product can be filled in 50 lts wc cylinders upto 200 bar pressure. We maintain top class analysis facility to analyze the impurities up to 50 ppb level and the standards are traceable to nistnpl. We plan to supply this product to various top laboratories in india and abroad.

We have 11 kl liquid oxygen tank and a 6 kl liquid argon. The facility include liquid pumps for oxygen and argon and filling rack of 40 cyls for oxygen service and 40 cyls of argon gas service.
