For combination of voltage and frequency maximum variation of 10% is allowed.   Single Phase motors are suitable for 220V ± 10%, 50Hz ± 5% supply. Fan cowls are of heavy gauge pressed steel, construction, securely bolted to the motor endshield.       Stator Assembly with Winding:   The integral system of wire, slot and phase insulation and the overall varnish impregnation provide superior winding rigidity capable of withstanding vibration limits.       Bearing:   Standard motors are fitted with high quality double side sealed, C3 Clearance ball/bearings with pre-packed lubricants.       Rotor Assembly:   The rotor core consists of annealed and insulated laminations with a pressure die-cast high conductivity aluminium cage. Integrally cast with the cage are wafter blades and balance weight supports. The whole assembly is dynamically balanced to ensure quiet and vibration free operation.       Terminal Box:   Terminal boxes are rotatable 4 x 90 degree increments. Permitting the cable entry from any direction.   The terminal box is well sealed and located at the right hand side of the frame. Earthing terminal is provided in all motors.       Hardware:   All hardware is electro zinc plated for better corrosion resistance.       Finish:   All inside exposed surfaces are cleaned and sprayed with a corrosion inhibiting coating. All components are mechanically or chemically cleaned prior to the application of a phenolic rust proof primer giving excellent corrosion protection.
