Vibration Data Collector
Vibration Signatures are potent enough to provide great information in reference to the various condition prevailing within different components at the machine under Test.The vibration meter was able to indicate overall (averaged or peaked) vibration levels and thereby provided a screening check on machine. Vibration Analysers go a step further and provide information on contiribution of vibrations generated by all the components that constitute the machine. They are able to break up the waveform of signatures detected into the signatures from different sources. It is therefore possible to identify severity of vibration being generated from each component of machine.Vibration Data Collectors are mainly used for automating the data collection process. These are capable of following a route for data collection which is created in supporting software, from where it is uploaded into the instrument. After the completion of data capturing activity, new data can be downloaded into the same software. Usually, the software has the ability to store and trend the data for the past and future time period.We usually partner with the user in finding best possible analysing/data collecting hardware and software for his application.
