PSA Technology (PSA) is most commonly used non-Cryogenic oxygen and Nitrogen production process, most effective for small and medium capacities. The process operates by using Two Columns filled with absorbent, a molecular sieve. Clean and dry compressed air enters the first column; unwanted molecules are being trapped while the product gas is allowed to pass through. When the active column is saturated the air flow is redirected to second column. The saturated column depressurizes allowing the molecular sieve to completely regenerate. The process is repeated continuously.

PSA ( Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology a revolution in Non Cryogenic Air Separation and Oxygen Generation Technology uses special grade of ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieve). Working Pressure Swing Adsorbtion Systems - Air is passed under pressure through vessel containing an adsorbent bed of Carbon Molecular Sieve that adsorb oxygen leaving Nitrogen to go through, part or all of the oxygen will stay in the bed, and the gas coming out of the vessel will be enriched in nitrogen. When the bed reaches the end of its capacity to adsorb nitrogen, it is then regenerated by reducing the pressure, thereby releasing the adsorbed oxygen.
