L&T Trunnion-mounted Ball Valves (TMBV) meet the requirements of API 6D and can be offered with API 6D monogram. The valves are certified Fire Safe as per API 6FA, API 607 and ISO 10497, and meet the requirements of ISO 15848 (Fugitive Emission). L&T TMBV is certified SIL-3 capable (Safety Integrity Level-3) as per IEC 61508 and can be offered with actuators and accessories to meet customer demands. All critical machining operations on L&T Trunnion-mounted Ball Valves are carried out on 5-axis machining centres and CNC machines. Trunnion-mounted Ball Valves are designed in accordance with key international standards. They also meet the requirements of major power and oil & gas industry standards and customer specifications.
