These Water distillers produce highly treated and disinfected water for laboratory usage. The distillation process removes minerals and microbiological contaminants and can reduce levels of chemical contaminants. A water distiller works by boiling water into water vapour, condensing it and then returning it to its liquid state. It is collected in a storage container. Made of heavy gauge stainless sheet inside and outside, with immersion type heaters. The still provides continuous supply of pyroxene free distilled water and is equipped with brackets for wall mounting plug and cord and connector. This bath is suitable to maintain constant desired temperature for heating flasks in Chemical Laboratories. Bath is double walled inside made of stainless steel & outer body made of mild steel sheet painted with attractive Epoxy coated. The gap between the walls is filled with glass wool to minimize the loss of temperature. The stainless steel nozzles are provided one for inlet and second for over flow of water. The top of the bath has concentric rings. These are double walled cylindrical units with outer made of M.S. sheet duly enamel painted and Inner made up of heavy gauge S.S. Sheet. These Desiccators are made of Polypropylene and Polycarbonate. These autoclavable vacuum desiccators can hold vacuum up to 740mm of Hg for 24 hrs. without any greasing. The top dome, moulded in rigid and transparent Polycarbonate, gives a crystal clear view of the desiccant placed inside. The Knurled knob on the top provides easy handling of the dome. The lower part is made of Polypropylene. An internal groove is provided on the flange to hold a silicon rubber O-Ring. The Polypropylene stopcock is fitted with a self-lubricating PTEE plug. Thermal Stability Test Apparatus is used to measure/ check Thermal stability of PVC insulation & sheath of Electric cables as per IS:5831.Measures Thermal stability time in minutes required to change the pH value of 5 to 3 of a universal indicating pH paper placed in a glass tube containing sample and heated in a thermostatically controlled heating chamber at specified temp. of 200°C ±0.5°C.New Model incorporates a specially designed heating block which eliminated use of expensive silicone oil as in a conventional model.

This autoclavable Stand is perhaps the most commonly used Test Tube Stand in various laboratories. For better visibility, this 6-place rack is end supported by 2 columns. This transparent polypropylene cap for Test Tubes Proves to be an excellent protection to the contents to the tubes. The grooves inside the cap tighten the fitting on the tube while the outer grooves would hold identification labels. A fairly handy instrument for taking quick readings for the hardness of tablets. It is made of brass turned parts. Heavily chrome plated the scale is 0 to 20KG. The index mark and division is in reading . Scale is adjustable for zero setting as per size of the tablets.  

The disintegration test is performed on the tablets by moving them up and down in water kept at 37°C. Built in a MS cabinet which houses a geared motor that moves the vertical shaft up and down by 7.5 cms at a speed of 30 dips per minute. On the upper end of the shaft is fillted a horizontal strip with a clamp. This clamp holds a glass vessel open at both ends with SS wire gauge and rubber rings at the lower end. This glass vessel dips in water when the instrument starts working. A thermostatically controlled hot plate is fitted on top of the cabinet. It holds a glass beaker of 1000ml filled with water. Temperature is maintained at 37°C. Available in single and double basket.
