This Air Hoist features simplified functions. The control button on the pendant switch allows easy operation. This type is equipped with a reverse-winding prevention device so that the air motor stops automatically when the wire rope is pulled out by 1.9m.

The balance function has been added to the hose reel so you can control the vertical position of air tools and similar equipment effortlessly. The balancer can be used as both a suspension wire and air hose, eliminating untidy difficult to organize tubing. The casing and drum are made of a special synthetic resin and are built to be tough and lightweight. The hose is made of high-quality urethane and is highly durable. The air tube has a diameter of Φ9mm at the inlet portion and an Rc14 female union at the outlet portion.

The torque reaction arm reduces the counterforce to tightening operations during work. It also fully integrates with the electric tool to create a single unit, decreasing the overall weight. The arm can accommodate difficult work environments that cause oblique pulling movements or swaying and shaking of the tool. More accurate torque control can be achieved using the arm. Two models are available to support tightening torques of 40 and 150 N·m

The Zenmai motor allows the dynamic power of springs to be used more directly for a wider range of applications. The motor shaft can be connected directly to a component, liminating the need for an intermediate wire rope or drum.

A six-button switch is used when combining the hoist with a motorized crane (traveling type). The rated load of 1 tw and 2 t is applicable to a two-chain configuration. The standard lift is 3 m and 6 m. Longer lifts are available upon request. The length of a standard power cable is 1 m. Endo motor-driven cable reels are used to supply power to movable equipment for automatic winding of flexible power or control cables. The reels can have a spiral or cylindrical winding configuration. The cable is pulled out horizontally or vertically.

This type of Air Hoist is equipped with a surface-hardened load chain that is made of alloy steel and has excellent toughness and wear resistance. The up and down buttons and handle are mounted on the lower hook. While ensuring the stability of a suspended load, this type of Air Hoist provides better controllability compared to the pendant type. The ATC-60-K-5 and ATC-125-K-5 models are equipped with an emergency stop button on the pendant switch as standard.

The series employs a simple plug-in cable connection. The twin-hook suspension types are already cabled prior to shipment and can be used right after unpacking. The electric trolley also uses a plug-in connection for simple wiring.

Made of a special alloy, the load chain with hardened surface can offer the strength, durability, and precision that are required by electric chain hoists.

Despite being compact and lightweight, this reel provides a long stroke of up to 4m (winding length). Due to the use of a cylindrical drum, the tension (winding force) increases gradually as the wire rope is pulled out. The cylindrical drum also prevents cable jamming even when you pull out the wire rope in an oblique direction. Balance is obtained at the preset height and the wire rope is wound up after being pulled out again.

Hoisting capacity 0~85kg This module automatically detects and balances the weight of a load. When the suspended load is balanced, you can control its vertical position by hand. Speed control is available using the speed adjustment screw of the automatic balancing module. The fall-arrest device prevents the load from dropping even if the air supply is shut off or when the pendant switch hose breaks.* * The load will descend slowly when the air supply is shut off.
