Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is established in a 10,000 square feet area at Pune, 200 km away from Mumbai, India. We have extensive experience in separation processes across a wide range of industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, agrochemical, dyes & intermediates, oil & gas, aromatics, alcohol and edible oil sectors. Years of expertise in process and design has helped us deliver superior performance in various applications around the world. SOFTWARES WE USE : (1) ‘AspenPlus’ (version AspenONE 2006) for process simulation, (2) ‘Designer’s DeskTop’ for mechanical design of equipment, (3) ‘TZValve’ (version 5.0) for tray design and troubleshooting, (4) ‘PackCol’ (version 1.1) for random packing design and hydraulics, and other programs/softwares for use in-house. In-depth expertise in process and design has helped us deliver superior performance in various applications around the world. We are capable of carrying out fabrication from Stainless Steels, Carbon Steel, Copper, Duplex Steels, Titanium and some components in Hastelloy, PTFE, Polypropylene etc. Our Project Activities : We provide turnkey solutions, including process technology, for (i) Oils, Fats & Oleochemicals, (ii) Biodiesel and (iii) Distillation.
