Mr. Dilipkumar Golechha, Chairman and Managing Director is the key founder and entrepreneur of our parent business ‘Golechha Group’ with a small beginning in 1983, having over 34+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, retail marketing and finance management. With his strong belief in his vision and dream and support of few committed team members like Mr. Rajkumar Golechha, they laid the foundation of Golechha Bioscience in 2013. Mr. Dilipkumar Golechha continues to play an active role towards attaining the vision of the company.
Mr. Rajkumar Golechha, CEO & Executive Director – Strategy & Marketing, is a diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, having more than 32+ years of experience in retail marketing and business management. He is the member of various pharmaceutical and other association. He is responsible for strategy designing and implementation along with maintaining business relations.
Mr. Nikhil Jogad, Executive Director – Technical Services having Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science, having over 10+ years of experience in R & D formulation development in companies like Kopran Ltd, Inventia Healthcare, Yasham Seppic. He has developed various formulation with innovative patented concept during his tenure. He had worked for 8 Patents products and 8 international publications and various innovative technologies. He currently looks after Technical services and strategy to accentuate focus on current and new business opportunities.
Mr. Nilesh Golechha, Independent Director - Finance, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). He has been instrumental in building strong Corporate Governance, fiscal discipline & systems and technology. He plays a pivotal role in the deliverables of new innovative projects as per quality, cost and timelines. He looks after the finance i.e. backbone of any business.
Dr. Bhushan Golechha, Independent Director - Admin & public relations, is a graduate in dentistry (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). He is instrumental in building our capabilities in growing market. He is responsible for overall administrative work of GBPL business units.
