Crankshaft Straightening Press, Model ACP 2000 is a simple manually operated Hydraulic Press designed to straighten crankshafts at the point of distortion, by peening at the fillet radius when the crankshaft is in a stretched position. This method of bend removal prevents distortion of grain structure and the balance of the crankshaft remains true.

The Construction of both these types of Hydraulic Presses is similar with the addition of long table, floating centres. Rollers and resistance in the case of Straightening Type, Roller brackers are interchangeable with the centre brackets. Rollers and carriage runners are mounted on roller bearings. The pump unit of these presses housed in the frame, is easily accessible and is coupled by vertical driving shaft to a Flange mounted motor or V Belt.
