How can I post my trade lead?

Only a member of IndianYellowPages.com is allowed to post a Trade Lead. Logon to your folder and use the section “ Manage My Trade Leads”. Click the link Add New Posting and proceed with submitting the required information.

Where should I post my trade lead? / What should be my trade lead type?

Logon to your folder at IndianYellowPages.com and use the link Check/Reply Enquiries in the My Classifieds section. All business inquiries received till date can be viewable with respective Response Forms to send replies.

I have already posted my trade lead but I am still not able to view it. Why?

Your Trade Lead gets activated within 24 hours of its posting. You’ll be notified regarding the same.

Can I post my trade lead under more than one category?

Yes, you can post your trade lead under more than one category. However, it is subject to approval by our administrative team.

What are Trade Lead keywords?

You need to specify a keyword (a single word) identifying your products and services. Be very specific while posting your trade lead.

Where can I view/delete the trade leads I have already posted?

These options are available to you in your folder under Manage My Trade Leads. Click the link View All My Postings or Edit/Delete Posting respectively. You can view trade leads posted by you till date or select the Delete option to delete them.

Why can’t I post my trade lead along with photographs ?

Only Silver, Gold and Platinum members are allowed to post their trade leads along with photographs. Free members cannot post their trade leads with photographs.

ow can I send inquiries to the posted trade leads ?

Select your trade lead type (Demand or Offer) and specify the product you are looking for in the search box provided in the Trade Lead Zone. Select the suitable one and click the link “Click for Details”. The entire product description will be displayed to you along with a Response Form. Feed in your inquiry and submit.

Which posted Trade Lead I can send trade inquiries to?

Free Members - ONLY posted Offers. Silver, Gold and Platinum members - posted Offers and Demands.

What are Trade Alerts?

Trade Alerts are matching trade inquiries sent across to you in accordance with the trade lead (Demand or Offers) being posted by you. You can view these inquiries in your folder at the site.
Click the Unsubscribe” option to unsubscribe from receiving trade alerts

How will I come to know that my Trade Lead has been successfully sent?

An acknowledgement mail will be sent across to you every time you’ll send across a trade inquiry.

How can I search for my Trade Lead?

Select your trade lead type and search with the product keyword in the Trade Lead zone.

How can I check the inquiries received against my posted trade lead?

Click the link Monitor Trade Leads under ‘My Trade Leads’ section in your folder at the site. All the replies received by you will be displayed to you.
