Single girder cranes are is very convenient equipment for material handling even in the small production units and warehouses. The reduced wheel loads combined with very low headroom standard hoists provide outstanding value. Single Girder cranes are modular in construction using standard wire rope hoist. Semi Gantry crane also can be operated for in house and outdoor material handling and shifting. Semi gantry cranes are a special type of crane that combines the design of an over head bridge crane with that of a motorized gantry crane. A single side of semi gantry bridge is supported by an elevated runway as with an overhead. On the other end of the bridge the crane is supported by the leg of the semi gantry with its end truck on the floor running along either wheels or wheels with a track.

Our Electro Lifting magnets can be used for handling bar stock, billets, bundles, coils, hot material, pipe rebar, plates, radioactive material, rails, scrap, slabs, slag and structural’s. Our Electromagnet is a combination scrap handling magnet with power supply installed in a rugged case on the magnet. A suitable hydraulic circuit, in terms of flow and pressure (and return line) is connected to the magnet. Most often a bucket / hammer or auxiliary circuit is readily available on the boom or stick. No electric line goes to the magnet and there is no installation required in the machine. Breaking the hydraulic flow through the valve begins an automatic drop circuit through electronic circuitry located within the-enclosure.

Hot rolling is used mainly to produce sheet metal or simple cross sections. Hot rolled mild steel seems to have a wider tolerance for amount of included carbon than cold rolled.

Double girder cranes are widely used in steel plants, power plants and other engineering industry where material lifting & shifting is required also due to its compact design, higher capacities, larger span and height of lifts. In case of double girder crane, the trolley housing hoisting and cross traversing machinery move on the top of two bridge girders. The bridge girders are of box construction made from rolled plates.
