The LAXMI Snap Sucker Rod wrench is made of high grade forged alloy steel and hardened to resist wear. The light weight rugged tool is excellent for manual makeup and break out of Sucker Rod joints. It features a counter balanced grip to reduce fatigue. The cross section of the handle is oval which provides a natural resistance to the wrench spinning when gripped. The head is spring loaded and a hardened steel bushing is provided between the wrench head and handle. Laxmi Snap Sucker Rod range are available for sucker rods of sizes 5/8", 3/4" 7/8, 1" & 1.1/8”.

LAXMI WHEELED ROD COUPLING is equipped with rolling wheels, these wheels centralize the sucker rod string and reduces the friction while stroking.

LAXMI, Full Open Wing Guided type is a single piece, solid body valve ensuring strength and rigidity to withstand high pressure in pumping operation. While in operation, the fully-open design of the valve with hardened wear area provides maximum fluid discharge & maximum wear life at high pressures. Snap on ring and top plate provides easy access to insert and prevents plate breakage.

The LAXMI TUBING TONG has a sturdy design and tough construction. In order to meet the physical and mechanical properties of the Tubing Tong required for rugged dependable field service, it is made out of high grade Alloy Nickel Chromium Steel. Each part is separately heat treated in automatic controlled electric furnace to give the desired properties. One half round and one flat dies used in the Tubing Tong are replaceable and provide unique gripping surface with less marking and scarring of pipe.

LAXMI Double Packing Stuffing Box are manufactured as per API 11B standard. Stuffing Box is good for in intermittent flow condition using split cone nitrile rubber high temperature packing (primary packing 3 pieces top, 1 piece bottom and blow out control system packing 2 pieces top, 1 piece bottom) rated at 250º F continuous service. Metallic compression plate and bolt type blow out control system. Const. Of split cone packing and metallic plate arrangement such that primary packing can be changed by tightening compression bolts so this double packing to prevent leakage and will permit packing change under pressure. Bottom connection available in 2.7/8” and 3.1/2” tubing size to accommodate Polish Rod of 1' through 1.3/4”. Upper and lower gland are self aligning. Height above tee is 15” and working pressure is upto 2500 PSI.

All crossover sub, basket subs, lift plug and lift sub are manufacturing from ultrasonically tested 4145 H modified alloy steel. These are fully heat treated to a Brinell hardness range of 285-341 and have an Izod impact strength of 40 Ft/lb minimum. The substitutes are made in all size as per requirement of customers. All Connections are machined and finished according to API standards, thread roof are Cold rolled & Connections are phosphatized. AXMI Molded Rod Guide is manufactured by molding Guide directly of API 11B GRADE-D Pony Rod. The Molding process includes melting and injecting Resin under pressure into mold around the forged middle portion of Pony Rod. Material used for Rod Guide is Nylom/Esastomer for operational Temperature below 4000 F

The Polished Rod Clamp is used to support the rod string while the weight is being carried by the bridle and carrier bar. There Clamps are available with one bolt or two bolt types. Clamp body is made from a high tensile heat treated AISI 1040 Forged Steel and is designed and machined to provide greater holding power. AISI 4140 Alloy steel hinge pins are heat treated for greater strength and easy opening. The bolts, nuts and washers are made from high tensile heat treated steel and are cadmium plated for maximum corrosion resistance. The clamping surface is bored and reammed to exact polished rod size for better clamping at 90 degree to the polished hole. “Laxmi Police Rod Clamps” are manufactured in sizes 1.1/8”, 1.1/4” & 1.1/2” with both double bolt and Single bolt design clamp.

LAXMI Finned Type Rigid Centralizer is a slip-on centralizer consists of straight or spiral hollow steel fins welded to steel collars. The shape of fins are designed such that the drag force is minimal, enabling reciprocations and rotations while running pipe, thus, the centralizers can be glided smoothly in lower side of horizontal boreholes. The fins also have a pre-defined collapse load to yield under stuck pipe conditions. These centralizers have larger flow area which reduces the circulation pressure. These characteristics of Finned Type Rigid Centralizers makes them well suited for highly deviated or horizontal wells. These centralizers can be used with Liner Hangers slim hole environment & close tolerance drift diameters. They are used in conjunction with stop collars to correctly locate them on the casing. “LAXMI” Tees are available in two basic materials, Steel Forged and Ductile Iron. Every Tee is precision machined to assure proper center alignment of tubing, stuffing box, outlet and bleeder hole. Threads are Zinc Phosphate Coated for better thread lubrication. 2” & 2.1/2” Forged Steel Tees and 3” Cast Steel Tees are available. 1” NPT standard bleeder port available on both type.

LAXMI Polished Rods are manufactured as per latest edition of the API Specification 11B. All rods are manufacture from cold drawn, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. All rods are Machined, Ground and Cold Rolled Threads. Cold Rolling will increase fatigue life of threads and also compress the root of threads which increase tensile loading in threads Laxmi manufacture four type of Polished Rod.

Pinnacle series Piston Assemblies are available both in single and double acting type. Piston rubbers of Piston assemblies are manufactured using very high strength polymer with very tough fabric backing. Special care is taken for accurate dimensions of Piston hub and formed from high grade steel to ensure very long life. These Piston assemblies give very long life even under extreme working conditions. pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions.

Basket Petals are manufactured from high strength spring steel, which allows for strength and flexibility to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operation. The Cement Basket petals are arranged in an over lapping position that allows for maximum fluid passage from below while allowing for retention of the above fluids through the entire operating range of the Cement Basket. Baskets are hinge type so easily install on casing pipe.

Our DI Hard Liners combines the strength of a forged steel outer shell with corrosion and abrasion resistance of inner High Crome Iron sleeve. These High Crome Iron sleeve is precision honed with a surface finish designed to ensure maximum piston life and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore hardness of 63 HRC. DI Hard Liners are available in various sizes to fit in mud pumps widely used by drillers today. These liners are made for superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions. Rigid inspection is conducted on each of the Liners for uniformity of hardness, finish and accuracy in all dimensions. LAXMI manufactures two type of coupling. Class T and Class S.M. All coupling are available in API full size and slim hole size. Coupling are made from Alloy Steel as per API specification 11-B, unless otherwise specified. The couplings and sub coupling are effectively heat treated to achieve the specified mechanical properties. Both are machined on CNC machine to ensure face of coupling are perfectly at right angle to the axis. All dimensions are kept in accordance with API specification 11-B, unless otherwise specified. Threads of couplings are cold formed by thread rolling. Rolling the thread results in a compressive stress at the root of the thread and increase strength of threads. All dimensions are kept as per Table 7 and in accordance with API specification 11-B, unless otherwise specified.

These consists of a split collar which houses double coiled external and internal bristles. The external bristle system is incliend 20° and is shielded by slight elevations in the collar. The inclination of these bristles reduces the abrasive action when casing is run into the hole. The bristles are placed in a now position relative to the bore hole wall at each change of direction while moving pipe, thus assuring the cleaning of the entire circumference of the casing and the well bore. The internal bristles serve to remove mill scale and other foreign matter from the casing, improving the bounding of cement to the casing.

LAXMI Casing Scraper is used to remove scale, cement sheath mud cake, rust, scate, perforation burrs and other substances from the inside wall of casing. Casing Scraper is manufactured from forged heat treated alloy steel. The Scraper blades fit into machined recesses & are held by stopper & spacer. The Scraper Blade feature left hand helical grooves and are hardfaced for maximum service. There are sufficient blades in the body to completely scrape the entire 360º inside respective casing to achieve clean casing bore by reciprocation and or rotation. Scraper to be installed in the drilling string between the bit and the bit sub. The bit is run below the scraper to serve as a guide and prevent plugging the circulation hole through the scraper.
