Over the years, mankind has made some truly remarkable discoveries, and one extremely important lesson has been the importance of grounding electrical currents. Electricity has provided countless benefits to people, but it still remains one of the most deadly elements in human society, and unless you are grounding your electrical systems you are taking a rather large risk. The following is a look at some of the main reasons why grounding electrical currents is so important. 1. Protection of Electrical System from Overload Current.2. Provide least resistance path to Leakage / Stray / Overload Current between the    System and Earth.3. Protect human life from getting electrocuted.4. Give least resistance path to the Lightening to pass to ground.5. With the support of Soil (Earth) if not suitable then it is made suitable by    reconditioning with BackFill Compound and Cover with Earth Pit Cover. To prevent contamination at earth pit top. We are a leading manufacturer of Treated Earthing System made by Centrifugal Casting Process including attachments like single flange, hot dip galvanized clamp, Cast Iron Funnel with casted mesh, alternate hole & taper cut along with accessories like “KapitrodeTM” “Back Fill Compound and Earth Pit Covers” in various sizes as per drawing specification for grounding Electrical Systems. Our capability has been assessed by the various contractors, corporate and Electricity boards. We are regularly supplying to Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution companies i.e MSETCL, GETCO, KPTCL, MPPTCL, UGVCL, MSPGCL etc, Industries i.e. Chemical, Cement, Mining, Petroleum – Refineries & Outlets, Pharma, Steel, Sugar, Textile etc, Solar Energy, Winds Energy & Bio Energy Plants, Projects i.e. Civic Structure, Commercial & Residential from last Two decades. Advantages / Benefits of using Cast Iron Earthing System - “Kapitrode® ” • High surface area of contact• Durable and Reliable• Corrosion Resistance • Excellent Connectivity & Conductivity• Uniform Current Dissipation• Easy Installation• Environmental Friendly• Cost Effective In view of the above we would like to request your goodself to kindly consider “Kapitrode® ” - Cast Iron Earthing System for grounding electrical currents in your esteemed Organization. If you require any other clarification kindly feel free to write to us.

Kapilansh Dhatu Udyog (P) Ltd. is the leading and established name in India as manufacturers of centrifugally cast iron pipes and fittings. We are promoted by a team of renowned industrialists and run by a team of professional engineers whose sole objective at work is manufacturing the best quality centrifugally cast iron pipes and fittings. Being made from cast iron, all our products have high durability and corrosion resistance. Our product range includes cast iron spigot & socket pressure pipes for drinking water and gas, "Kapilansh centrifugal" branded cast iron soil pipes for superior drainage systems and Kapitrode® branded earthing electrodes for lifelong safety.
The Back History
It was in the 1980s that we started trading of cast iron pipes and entered into the manufacturing field with the production and machining of cast iron double flanged pipes. In 1990 we formally started the production of cast iron pipes by De Lavaud centrifugal casting process under the name of Kapilansh Dhatu Udyog Pvt. Ltd. We adopted best industry practices. Integrated research and development to make our products superior and competitive.
Soon, we forayed into making 80 mm pipes of 5.5 mtr length which was not done by anyone in the industry then. Gradually, we came up with a full-fledged foundry. In the year 2000 we started concentrating on pipe production.
In 2004-05 we came up with a complete range of centrifugally cast iron soil pipes and fittings as per IS:3989. These are better known globally as rainwater or drainage pipes & fittings used for drainage, sewage and ventilation.
Then we pivoted to manufacturing the long lasting cast iron earthing electrodes marketed as Kapitrode® . We also introduced the hinged type earth pit covers which keep the earthing installation safe. They ensure protection to all electrical & electronic appliances, computers and human and animal life as well. Now, earth pit covers and manhole covers are a big part of our product portfolio.
