Majestic Enterprises Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing Nylocast (Cast Nylon). It was promoted by A.Badrinarayanan, who has got wide knowledge in trading and manufacturing having developed his experience in manufacturing Nylocast since 1982 and direct marketing by 1992.
We are the manufactures of Cast Nylon, based on engineering Polyamide (monomer Casting PA-6) under the brand name of NYLOCAST in the form of Rods, Sheets, Thick walled tubes and subsequently machined to customers specific requirements such as End cap adaptors, Star Wheels, Slipper Pads, Wear Plates, Cam Rollers, Rope way Liners, Gears, Wear pads, Sprockets, Spools, Guide, Kitchen Boards, Clicking Boards, Bushes, Washers, Pulleys, Spacers etc.
Our Nylocast is an ideal replacement to costly metals such as Gun Metal, Brass, Bronze, White Metal, Aluminum, Teflon, etc., and better life compared to the above metals.
Nylocast products are being used in various industries such as Bottling plants, Water treatment Plants, Cement, Paper/Paper machinery, Textiles/Textile Machinery, Rubber, Steel, Coal, Mining, Defense, Granite, Automobile, Fertilizer and Chemicals, Tyre/Tyre machinery, Granites, Wind mills etc.
Our unit is equipped with a well furnished laboratory for testing and analysis by trained personnel. We are in the export market from 2000 and we have exported our Nylocast
Products to United Kingdom and USA.
In the recent there has been vide enquiries and business opportunities for Nylocast in India as well as abroad. Due to the recent government policies there is vide scope of business opportunities for Nylocast in the textile sectors as well as in steel industries where vide range of Nylocast components are consumed.
