The thermic oil heater is supplied with auto temperature controls to maintain precise bitumen temperature. The Thermic oil heather is supplied with independent automatic control panel including oil temperature indicator controller, low level seitch, low circulation pressure switch, over temperature cut off thermostat burner control relays and burner operating circuits. The asphalt plants are renowned for their high efficiency and low maintenance. Drying Drum equipped with field proven flights that give additional amount of drying volumes. The special drying flight ensures the highest thermal transfer efficiency by following specifically designed flights to uniformly transfer the heat by radiation, convection and conduction to aggregates. The aggregate charging is done with charging conveyor belt with seal flange arrangement on dryer drum body to reduce suction of cold air. The drum is equipped with four wheel drive and features a unique dome shaped air preheat arrangement for suction of hot air from outer proximity of dryer drum, that improves thermal efficiency, reduces heat losses, aid power saving, reducing the thermal stresses on the drying drum and noise emissions from the burner. MOON supplied with a proven superior burner design, reputed for its fuel efficiency and lower emissions. The burner meets the strictest working demands, thanks to its automatic controls and wide turndown ratio.

The Bins are all-welded and modular in construction, permitting east addition of bins to meet growing needs. Steep bin walls and valley angles allow free flow of aggregates from the feeders minimizing hold-up of material in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates. The bins supplied with adjustable calibrated gate openings and variable speed feeder drives together offer a total proportional control, greater flexibility and accuracy of operations.

With us, customers can opt for direct heating type bitumen storage tanks or hot oil heated bitumen storage tanks. Storage capacity ranges from 15 to 50 Tons. The indirect heating tanks are supplied with a superior design thermic oil heater. The direct heating tanks are supplied with automatic pressure jet burner. As a standard all tanks are supplied with auto thermostatic controls and level indicators.

The inclined circular motion vibrating screens with patented vibrating screen design, contribute to top notch performance and gives minimum clogging of screen sieves. The free-floating screen design prevents any vibration from being transferred to the weighing scales. A accessible wide platform eases the maintenance of the screens. Hot bin unit is equipped with highly efficient low maintenance pneumatic controls with high and low levels indicators in control cabin with system integration allow for automatic controls of the aggregate input from cold feeders bins thus minimizing material loss by wastage. The Mixer unit is the heart of plant and has a large live zone, realizing a quick and even mixing of asphalt. The mixer unit is hot oil jacketed and supplied with a low- maintenance oil-bath type chain drive. The paddles, arms and tips are made of wear resistant High Nickel Hardened cast alloy steel. The design of the mixer internals ensures a lower operating cost.

Major component of a batch plant includes a cold-feed system, asphalt cement supply system, aggregate dryer, mixing tower, and emission-control system. The plant tower includes a hot elevator, screen deck, hot bins, a weigh hopper, asphalt cement weigh bucket, and a pugmill.Once the bucket elevator reaches the top of the tower the aggregate is sorted by a set of vibrating screens and held in hot bins. The aggregates of varying size are proportioned and then fed into the weigh hopper. In another tank, asphalt cement is being poured and prepared to mix with the course aggregate in the pugmill.When mixing is completed, gates at the bottom of the pugmill open to release the hot asphalt mix. It is either loaded directly into a hauling truck or storage silo.
