BI 9000 AQMS Air Quality Station delivers accurate measurement data in real time for a wide range of air quality criteria in a compact and modular package. Particle pollution (also called particulate matter or PM) is the term for a mixture of solid particles and liquid droplets found in the air. The fine dust PM2.5 and PM10 will be determined by a build in air pollution monitor. A built-in sequential sampler is able to collect fine dust PM2.5 or PM10 for gravimetric evaluation. Its data logging and computer interface features can be used for further detailed analysis. A built-in data-logger reports Live Data on a graphics LCD besides recording values in SD card memory. The latest CPCB limits for environmental pollutants like SO2, NO2, NH3, Cl2, O3 etc. The threshold limit value (TLV) for all these pollutants are in the ppb level. Hence to monitor these pollutants at such low concentrations conforming to CPCB norms, it requires very sensitive detection instruments.
