    Sugar Syrup Preparation system consists of a s.s. Preparation tank with heating arrangement. The heating can be provided in 3 options.1) Electrical. 2) Thermic fluid. 3) Steam heating.The system is very simple to operate. Once the operator starts the panel in auto mode required quantity of water will be automatically filled in the Preparation tank. The quantity of water in metered by a flow meter which is connected to the Plc. The Plc then on sensing the water quantity starts the heaters.When the temperature rises to 95deg. C. the buzzer will alert the operator and the display shows ADD SUGAR. The stirrer is also starded before charging the sugar. Sugar can be charged just by pressing a button which gives command to Sugar handling system. Also we can manually charge the sugar.When the temperature reaches 105 deg. C once again the buzzer will alert the operator and the display shows ADD ACID. Acid is added manually.The heaters will stop and SYRUP READY is displayed. The syrup can be cooled by passing the syrup through heat exchanger or by natural cooling.The syrup is then stored in the storage tanks. Advantages:  Clean and hygienic environment.     The system consists of following.1 Bag Tilter.2 Pre sieve hopper with horizontal and vertical screw.3 Sifter4 Post sieve hopper with horizontal and vertical screw.5 Flour weighing and transferring vessel.6 Diverter valves7 Cyclone Separators.8 PLC and Electrical Panel.Bag Tilter: The bag tilter consists of pneumatic cylinders and a SS tray on which flour bags are opened and placed. The operator operates a lever which activates the pneumatic cylinders to Lift and tilt the bag. The bag gets empted in to the Pre sieve hopper.Pre Sieve Hopper: The hopper consists of a horizontal and a vertical screw conveyor. The flour bags get emptied in to this hopper on the magnetic grill. The grill attracts any ferrous contamination. The flour is then transferred to the gyro sifter with the horizontal and vertical screw conveyor.Gyro sifter: The gyro sifter is used to sieve the flour which is fed by the vertical screw of the pre sieve hopper. The sieved material gets collected in the post sieve hopper.Post Sieve Hopper: The post sieve hopper is same as the pre sieve hopper. The sieved flour from the gyro sifter gets collected in the post sieve hopper. The horizontal and vertical screw conveyors are controlled by plc. The Post Sieve hopper will transfer the material to the weighing and transferring vessel also called as Pneumatic Pump.Pneumatic Pump: The Pneumatic pump is a weighing tank which is placed on the load cells. The tank is fitted with vent valve, flour inlet valve, Discharge valve. The tank is also equipped with pressure switch, Pressure relief valve and rapture disc to take proper safety of the equipment. The flour is charged in the tank from post sieve hopper by horizontal and vertical screws. The weight of the material is continuously monitored by the PLC. The PLC switch off the screws once the pre set quantity of material is fed. On demand from the operator the air blower starts and it pressurizes the tank and transfers the complete material to the cyclone separator. Diverter Valves: The diverter valves are used to divert the material to the selected Cyclone Separator.Cyclone separator: The Cyclone Separator is used to separate the material and the air. The air is vented out through the cyclone separator and the flour falls in the mixer below the cyclone separator. PLC and Electrical Panel.: The Plc controls the complete system. It has various menus like Run Status, manual / auto operation, System Diagnosis, Data Acquisition, Recipe Management, Calibration, Alarm Management. The electrical Panel controls all the motors, vibrators it has all the motor protection devices.   Advantages:  Accurate feeding of flour Maintains consistence of product No spillages Minimum manual handling
