We provide profile cutting services of different types of alloy steel plates on vertical band saw machines. Our company is equipped with the requisite machines and equipments to ensure that the cutting is done without any hassles.
A different range of vertical band saws (AMADA VAC-500, THIL, ALL CUT, MARU-mwm-14) provides the ability to cut various alloy steel (ferrous ,nonferrous) and non-metals plates up to a maximum 150mm thick (Aluminium plates up to 250mm). On AMADA VAC-500 being the most recent additions and with rotary table attachment facility we can cut internal pockets and round cutting in plates (1000mm dia up to 100mm thick, In case of aluminium it will very).
Profiles such as
1. L shape ,
2. T shape ,
3. diagonals,
4. Contours ( the radius of the contour is limited to blade width )
can be cut easily so that lot of material can be saved.
