Purex-301 is highly insulating in nature significantly reducing heat loss due to radiation from the top surface of liquid steel. This results in maintaining consistent temperature in the ladle and also prevents temperature drop and freezing of metal in longer duration casting. Purex-301 also performs an additional task of keeping the ladle clean before lancing process thus avoiding additional slag formation and preventing excess jamming of nozzle. This highly reduces the lancing cost and reduces metal wastage giving an added advantage over other ‘Ladle Covering Compounds’ with quality output.

Nozzle filling Mass is highly refractory material with uniform grading which does not sinter at high temperatures and thus having excellent flow ability. This is used in slide gates of tundish or ladle to ensure free opening of ladle tundish by preventing sculling and jamming of liquid steel at nozzle openings.

EBT Filling Mass compound is high refractory Granular material, which is used in Electric Arc Furnace with Eccentric Bottom Tapping for free and easier opening of tap hole. This does not sinter under steel making temperatures and hence remains highly flow able at high temperatures, thus gets out freely ensuring uniform stream of hot liquid. It also minimizes the impact of lancing or poking on tap hole refractory and hence increases tap hole refractory lining life. Benefits : Ensures free opening of EBT tap hole in electric arc furnace. Aluminium filings or borings and flitters are used as deoxidizer agents in steel industry and are an additive if ferro alloys too. We have different quality and mesh sizes of this material with supply capacity of more than 80 tons per month.

It can be easily removed and thus causes no damage to the die or to the finished product. Also it is easily mixed with sand to obtain easy removal after casting.
