For new models we design and manufacture assembly fixtures, EOL Fixtures and also provide support to integrate in the existing line. We have also made special purpose machines in Heat Staking and Ultrasonic welding application. Camera based Aiming light guide homogeneity system has been successfully installed. It works in all the light conditions dim or bright.

EOL Testing system, developed by us is widely used to Test Automotive Tail Lamp, Fog lamp, Blinker, CHMSL, Side Repeaters etc. We have developed a low cost PLC based Leak Tester suitable to Test Leakage in parts using pressure drop technique. Such multiple leak testers are being used by Automotive Lamp.

We also design and manufacture complete assembly line, where part gets assembled at multiple stages. Line is designed keeping ergonomics and ease of operation in mind. Work table is designed to accommodate fixtures that will get developed in future. Quick and easy changeover of fixtures is thought of while designing the line.
