As per IS 1293 - 1988 clause - 21. The socket outlet are mounted in normal used & the pulling force is applied in the direction similar to the normal used. The socket outlet is held in a vertical plane & the pulling on the projecting part of it downmost . The applicable force should be applied as per table given below to have necessary withdraw the plug from the socket outlet.

Water Suspan is Exclusively used for heating Hospital based Thermoplastic sheets to prepare mould for occupational therapy & splint application used in physical rehabilitation. It has been made with the state of art technology & meets the high standard with intelligent & user-friendly operation. It has a special feature like constant temperature bath with water starring arrangement, where water medium is heated with immersion heater .For quick heating additional optional Booster heater is provided. The control of water temperature is through a microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum timer with safety thermostat & Pt 100 sensor. A unique water level controller is incorporated with bath to save Dry run of Heater. The Heaters will be automatically cut-off, when sufficient water is unavailable followed by Buzzer scrambling. An imported & sturdy drain cock is fitted for ease draining.

The unit is used for producing pyrogen free distilled water in R&D labs, biological labs, hospitals and clinical research laboratories. The unit is wall - mounting with the full Body made up of stainless steel fitted with ISI certified safety ejection type immersion heaters. A constant water level arrangement is provided. A steam baffle is provided to take steam direct to the cold - water jacketed condenser. The stated output of the still is approximate as it is bound to vary according to the voltage of the MAINS. An electronic watch dog water level system with auto heater cut-off when water level is low along with buzzer can be provided at extra cost.

Unit consists of oil tube (as per specified required dimensions and made of corrosion resistant metal) , water bath and stirring apparatus and digital temp. The Viscosity Bath is designed to simplify ASTM D 445; IS-1206 (Part III)-1978 kinematic viscosity testing. A top-mounted controller keypad permits quick entry of bath set point temperature while a sophisticated microprocessor controls the bath heating and stirring. To further enhance the input, the unit accommodates up to a maximum of six individual capillaries. The HVB features a measuring range of 5ºC to 230ºC and can be used with mineral oil, silicone oil, or water as the bath media. Bath temperature is displayed on a bright, easy-to-read digital display. In addition, the unit features a built-in over-temperature circuit and bath liquid level detector to automatically cut heater power in the event of thermal runaway or insufficient bath media.

The unit has a double walled construction, complete with fully SS 304 construction (Argon Welded Chamber) & a Jacket of 18 SWG. The unit is fitted with an efficient radial locking system made of mild steel, chrome plated, with paddle lifting device. The unit is supplied complete with stainless steel basket. The unit is fitted with safety and pressure release valves, water level indicator, cord & plug. The machine is fitted with a fully automatic microprocessor based temperature controller. The cycle is fully automatic including purging, sterilizing, rapid cooling & safety features such as process timer, low level water alarm, over heat Protection, high-pressure cutoff, two mechanical safety valves etc. The lid is made of SS.304, with Silicon rubber gasket used for sealing, supplied with pressure gauge & unique special round heater - to achieve pressure up to 20 Psi.

This test is basically used for plugs & socket outlets. For this purpose sample being drawn preferably at random from the regular production lot.
