We are offering acid proof paints. two components, air drying finish paint specially designed for highly corrosive acidic environment. It gives excellent resistance to splash & spillage of 30% concentrated sulphuric acid. It is generally used in traction batteries & in industries of very high acidic environment. description colour – selected colours gloss – glossy volume solids – approximately 48 % dry film thickness/coat – 35 to 45 microns theoretical coverage – 12 to 14 m2/ litre at 35 microns 8 to 10 m2/ litre at 45 microns mixing ratio – 4 : 1 ( by volume) base: hardener flash point - not below 21° c drying time - touch dry- 1 hour hard dry- 6-8 hours full cure- 7 days over coating interval - 12 hours
