Our Alloying plant is capable to produce all kind of Lead Alloys as per the customer requirements like Antimonal, Calcium, Selenium, Lead Alloy, etc. We have 3 alloying kettles of capacity 25 tones per batch. They are accompanied by high efficiency furnace oil burners equipped with preheating arrangements. Emissions control is achieved by a fix kettle hood venting into a bag house attached to an induced draft fan along with a chimney/stack arrangement.

Pure Lead Ingot is being produced from Raw Lead Bullion / Remelted and Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps though Pyrometallurgical process. Our Refining Process, producing Pure Lead Ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight but achieves purity level of 99.985% in most of cases. Our Plant is having Refining Pots with capacity of 25 MT. Our Ingot ensures Dross-free & smooth top surface and almost similar weight of each ingotOur modern quality control Laboratory consists of Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) of Spectro Germany make. Our manufacturing operations to produce Pure Lead / Lead Alloys, Lead sub- Oxides Grey are controlled round the clock by experienced Chemists & Q.C. Supervisors.
