The Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and these are available in 4 1/2 " to 20 " sizes+ any sizes in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly.     It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on. This cementing product is easy to install and most effective where annual low clearance received. The stop collars are coated with to polyester powder which prevents it from getting rust.

ledgeHammer's Welded Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizer Fixed is designed same as Welded Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizer except rows of set screws on the outer periphery of centralizer to restrict rotation. It can be easily converted from fixed to non fixed design by detaching set screws and positioning with stop collars.     All centralizers are stored painted or coated with polyester powder. These are available in all sizes ranging from 3 1/2" to 20". Any special sizes can be made available on request.

This non metallic valve encased and held in place with the high pressure cement mixture. The design and manufacturing process of valve allow for maximum circulation rates.

Sledge Hammer Cementing plugs are manufactured of graded rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core. This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and Bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required. These plugs are completely PDC drillable. Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.   Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.

SledgeHammer's Cementing Head is designed to hold a cementing plug before it is pumped down the casing during the cementing operation. In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer or cement slurry. The top plug is released from the cement Head after the spacer fluid. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.SledgeHammer manufacture both type of Cementing Head, Single Plug or Double Plug and available sizes are 4 ½” to 13 3/8".

The Canvas Cement Baskets consists of heavy duty canvas liners concentrated to staves and fabricated using high strength, flexible steel bows that are mounted on the steel slip-on end collar. The baskets are not duplicated and occasionally allow traveling the length of the joint to allow pipe movement. The cement basket has better ability to adapt to the bore hole and can accommodate larger than nominal hole sizes. The sizes are available for all kinds of hole sizes and standard casing. They are recommended for use in all kinds of standards casing grades.
