An important element of the Valve Automation is the Valve which could be Butterfly Valve, Ball Valve or Plug Valve. The Butterfly valve range is from size 25mm to 500mm and Pn rating 2.540. Ball valves are of 150 Class to 600 Class, in size 25mm to 200mm. The material of construction & Seal will be as per requirement, depending on the medium. Types of Ball Valves in the range are Typical two way, Screwed End, Socket Weld, Butt-weld etc. Three way ball valves for diverter application can also be offered. Butterfly valve varieties are Wafer type, Eccentric Design, with different seat material options. Based on specific application requirements. The system can be integrated with Positioner of Pneumatic Electro Pneumatic Smart type.

RUBBER BASE CONVERTIBLE VALVES Dubltite convertible truck and bus valves are supplied in straight form but can be converted to single or double bent form by using Schrader 7260 truck valve converting tool.

Smart Positioner controls stroke of the actuator in proportion to the input signal between 4-20mA. Besides, an efficient built in microprocessor performs functions like auto calibration, PID control, Alarm and Hart protocol etc. In addition, LCD display unit communicates status of actuator unit. Hart communicator processes variety of information related to actuator & positioner. PID parameters can be easily adjusted in the field without using communicator. Positioner transmitter is also offered as an optional accessary.

Mounting of the valve on the cylinder port helps in exhausting the outgoing air directly without routing through the directional valve. It helps in increasing the speed of piston movement 2 to 3 times. 14" QEV also can be used as shuttle valve.

Pneumatic valve stand is open panel very commonly used made out of MS channel welded on MS sheet or supporting structures to mount components like Ball valves, FRL, Pressure regulatr, direction control valve, non return valve, flow control valve & special components like flow indicator, pr. Pneumatic positioner is an useful interlinking device controlling cylinder valve movement in proportion to pneumatic signal ranging between 0.2 to 1 bar (3 to 15 psi) or split ranges. Pneumatic control card is simplest form of all panels. Pneumatic components are mounted on a card & connected with MS SS copper tubing. Card MOC may be SS or MS depending on application. SS cards are buffed & MS cards are paintedpower coated as per customer requirement. These cards can be easily mounted on wall, cylinder or machine.

Schrader push in fittings are made from Acetal resin moulded with nickel plated brass insert. It uses NBR (Nitrile) rubber "U" cup for creating leakproof joint with PU tube when it is inserted in to the push in fitting. The PU tube is locked inside the fitting by using S S lock claws with unique profile to prevent accidental release of PU tube. However the PU tube can be easily released when required, by pressing down on "release sleeve" with a finger and pulling the tube out without any tool. Schrader BSPT push in fittings are pre-coated with Teflon thread sealant while BSPP push in fittings are provided with face sealing "O" ring to create leak proof joint where push in fitting is fitted on. Schrader also has a complete range of PU tubings specially made with matching O.D. to make a right joint with Schrader push in fittings.
