Education Management Automation Software is a result of extensive research to streamline the institutions and provide a changed paradigm in which the organizations perform and grow. Education Management Automation Software, offered by us, is modular software consisting of 4(12) modules designed to automate one or more areas of the institutions work and thereby render efficiency. It streamlines the working of the institution, cuts down overheads, centralizes the entire data and stores it into an easily retrievable form (stored data with perfect backup facility, so that data will never lost). It provides total database to the principal and management and empowers them to lead the institution forward. Staff of the educational institute will be provided with the tablet and inbuilt apps, which are very useful and helpful to improve teaching effectiveness. The need for EAMS was realized from the fact that an institution is an extremely complex organization, and the sheer magnitude of work process often restricts the progress of the institution. With the number of students increasing every year, simple tasks like calculating attendance, totaling of marks, generating progress reports, generating ranks and roll numbers becomes very tedious and time consuming. Research says that as much as 25% of a teacher’s time is wasted in non-teaching work. Similar difficulties are observed in fee collection, payroll generation, timetable computation, inventory management and accounting. The biggest lacuna is the lack of co-ordination in vast areas of schoolwork. Manually recorded data takes time to maintain and retrieve. Often this data is not used for organizational intelligence. Staff can take the attendance of students daily from the tablet using the inbuilt attendance app. At the same time they can send the SMS to parents regarding the performance of their children. There is no need of paper work and going and preparing attendance sheet after class etc. Features of Education Management Automation Software : Assessment module to increase academic results and build by using the modules such as non-scholastic assessment applications like associative memory, working memory, focus & attention span etc. Behavioral profiling application like image rating, word-association, pattern recognition, rain cards etc. Student record management : the student record management module will comprise student like personal details, family (guardian) details, contact details, medical and scholarship etc. Academic records management : the academic record management module stores all the present and past academic records of all the students. Attendance management : attendance management module keeps a track on the students and staff which can be integrated using SMS and mail system. Time table management : time table management module allows HOD principal to allocate the subject classroom section etc. to the staff, and the same can be viewed by respective students and staff. Extra classes can be conducted and noticed to the respective student and staff. Online communicator : online communicator is like Google talk window which will allow the student and staff to communicate online or offline and keep track of the conversation. Meeting scheduler : the meeting scheduler allows the principal HOD to launch the meeting and the same will be noticed to the attendances whenever they login to software. Fees management : fee module is the automated fee calculation module that will automatically calculate the pending fees, last fee payment details, deductions and concessions if any applicable to the selected student. Store management : the store management will keep a record of all the purchases and sold items in the school premises. Teacher profile management : this module keeps all the information of the teachers in the school/college. Payroll management : the payroll management module will keep a record of the payment to be made to the staff, depending on the attendance, which can be integrated using SMS and email system. Health management : this module keeps a track on the medical aspects of all the students and the staff. Hostel management : this module keeps a track on students in the hostel, and it can be integrated using SMS and email system. Library management : the library management module is loaded with detailed options for entering the information about the books, issues and returns are also managed with our any user interventions. All the operator needs is to input the details of the book or the name of the student to whom book was issued. The system also keeps track on the books which are returned late. Login for parents : this module allows parents to login to access their child’s record, such as attendances, marks etc. SMS module : this module helps the parents to track by receiving SMS alerts for student safety whether the student has arrived and left safely attendance whether the student has arrived and left on time, late, or early. Email broadcasting : this module is used to send information or greetings to all parents through email.

Online Counseling Software
We offer Online Counseling Software for admissions to diploma programs in all govt. and aided polytechnics in Karnataka (India). In offline process, students have to apply more than one application form, where they want admission to polytechnics surrounding nodal center. In offline process, maximum five polytechnics are attached to each nodal center, so students have less option to select the seats and students can take seat within the few colleges attached to nodal centers. To conduct this process in a more efficient, reliable and transparent manner, and to help meritorious students, the directorate of technical education, Govt. of Karnataka has come up with new idea of making this process online. This online process is implemented first time in India. Software design, development and hosting services for this online program are undertaken by us. Why online? Online interactive admission process helps the student to take seat in any college throughout the state. Interactive counseling is more efficient in terms of time. This process is more transparent as student’s parents can see current status of seat availability and also student will get to know in which college and branch, higher merit students selected the seat. Only one application has to be submitted to avail the facility of taking any available seat in any college throughout the state. Students or parents will receive updates through SMS and email. Online interactive counseling is not centralized process, it is decentralized. In this process, student has the facility to view allotment process like in which nodal center the previous merit numbers are present and in which branch or college they have been alloted. It is very much helpful for meritious students as per rules. The allotment of seat is very much fast, 15 to 20 seconds are being taken to allot seat to the aspirants as per their choices and options. By taking applications online, the time for admission process has been reduced to two months. Procedure : There are various stages in the allotment process, first is document verification stage in which the documents of the students will be verified and his/her attendance will be marked as present in the online software. Next, he/she goes to pre-counseling stage where he/she will be guided by the nodal center officers regarding courses available in the polytechnics and current status of seat availability will be displayed over the projector. By looking at the seat availability status of the polytechnic and course which he desires, he goes to allotment room with various options on courses and colleges where the seat will be allotted as per the choice of the student. In this process, student has the facility to view allotment process like in which nodal center the previous merit numbers are present and in which branch/college they have been allotted. Mr. Ravi Talawar (M. Tech), CEO of the company and Mr. Shrikant Talawar (M. Sc. (Engg.), IISC), Director of our company, have developed Online Counseling Software to conduct this online admission, which is very user friendly and helpful for conducting admissions online. To avoid making wrong entry while feeding the applications, all the data related to the applicant has been taken directly through online from Karnataka Secondary Education Board of the three preceding years.
