Shubhlaxmi’s Stainless Steel Welded Pipes & Tubes division consist of: Tube Mills Bead Removing Machines Cold Drawing Benches ‘U’ Bending Machine This division also has Roller Hearth Heat Treatment Furnaces to conduct solution annealing for tube finishing lines including pickling, tube straightening, end facing, and cut-to-length facilities. We also conduct various destructive and non-destructive tests to produce high quality products that conform to international standards. These facilities are capable of manufacturing 3000 tonnes of Stainless Steel Welded Pipes & Tubes of various Austenitic Ferritic & Duplex Steel per annum.

In addition to the production of Straight Stainless Steel Tubes, Shubhlaxmi also manufactures ‘U’ Tubes for use in heat exchanger, condensers, pre-heaters & various other equipment. The manufacturing of ‘U’ Tubes takes place in a separate shop, which is adjacent to the tube mill. This is done by utilizing bending equipment that is used exclusively for stainless tube bending as per the drawings & specifications given by our customers. In the process bending portion, a six-inch leg is stress relieved by resistance heating. And to avoid oxidation in ID, argon gas is passed inside according to the required flow rate. The entire manufacturing process at Shubhlaxmi strictly follows TEMA ‘RCB’ 2.3 & ASTM A-688 standards.

Corrugated tubes increase the turbulence in the flow that enables a more effective mixing and agitation that generates a higher heat transfer coefficient compared to smooth tubes under the same conditions. At Shubhlaxmi, we manufacture and supply Stainless Steel Corrugated Tubes in seamless and welded tubes.
