The Exip procedure comprises of the following chapters :
1. Introduction and Objective-
DGFT here notifies the compilation of HBPv1, HBPv2 and DEPB rates schedule. Timely amendment of the compilations will take place. However, DEPB scheme will be operative till the end of the year 2009.
The objective is to enable smooth implementation of the provisions of Act of FT (D&R), the Orders and Rules made under this and FTP (2004-09) by means of transparent, simple and EDI compatible processes that are easy to administer and to comply with. All this is done for the effectual management of foreign trade.
