Our Strip Pack for pharmaceutical packaging is developed from fully soft (0 temper) aluminum of alloy grade AA-8011, which adheres to the standards set by Aluminum Association, USA. . Reels are wrapped with LDPE film and packed with corners and foam side protectors . Jumbo reels are packed in wooden box in suspended condition with necessary poly film wrapping, corners and foam side protectors.

This unit is ideal for recovery of tabletscapsules from rejected foils.The foils are fed in the machine where the tablets, sitters,suitable for strip width of 45 to 90mm, and is supplied with stainless steel tablet collecting tray etc. all the shall driven by 0.25hp, 3phase motor.

Plain or printed laminated aluminum foil for strip pack - These soft aluminum foils are suitable for strip packaging of Pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, etc. They are manufactured in different gauges with most common being 25µ30µ40µ for pharmaceutical applications. The foils have LDPE Laminated on one side & other side is printed. Aluminum Strip Foils can be made available in various sizes and specifications as per our customer's requirement.

The blister packs are in compact in size and economical, as compared to strip packs. Tablets can be removed easily from blister packs, as the hard foil breaks quickly when tablet capsule is pressed from PVC side. Barrier properties of blister packs are comparitvely lower than strip pack due to usage of PVC film on one side. We offer both unprinted and printed strip foil as per customers requirements with different foil thickness and heat seal lacquer grammage.
