A Lean Six Sigma certified -Strategic Business professional hands- on experience, of handling different facets of business operation, with 25 years of experience in Supply Chain (End-to-end –i.e. logistics, distribution & warehousing)in 7 different industry verticals ,
in particular-- FMCG , Automobile sector, (including auto component manufacturers),Food and Beverage processing industries , Pharmaceuticals, IT & ITES , and Retail segments.
With core competence in – Operational Management, including Sales -Marketing & Distribution management , together with sufficient acumen in Finance, in line with Lean Accounting System (LAS).
I have been successful in operating in different continents, with diversified ecological, economical and environmental situation.
Last assignment in corporate, up to early 2015 -had been as Director Strategic Business, with focus on ‘end-to-end’ Supply Chain & Procurement -with erstwhile Unilever company in West Africa.
In the present roll as ‘ Strategic Business Consultant’, I impart my expertise in process flow mapping , gap identification and mitigation using proven management concept ‘tailored to the organizational operational system’, Training and hand holding implementation of a “mix of” new management concepts – as Lean management etc. - bringing out positive growth in Operational efficiency and profitability.
The Unique selling Proposition of my expertise is to bring about Change, through implementing right mix systems and hand holding training with sustenance – ensuring a maximum growth to the bottom line of the organization by minimum 15% (+) in 1st year increasing employee engagement through effective implementation of “SMART” KRA , and KPI’s.
I do have expertise in execution of industrial turnkey projects, modernization, innovative changes in manufacturing process and packaging , NPD (wherever required I involve industry experts from desired domain - to deliver the latest , trends in the industry ..)
