The Mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the center of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades intermeshed with each other and rotates in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction respectively and one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough and uniform mixing of the material.

A jacket is provided on the Outside of the shell for Heating the reactor by passing steam or thermic Oil. or Cooling the reactor by passing cooling media. Stiffener Rings are provided on shell in between the shell and jacket to give uniform circulation of the heating or cooling media and to intensify the vessel. JACEKTED REACTION VESSEL DESCRIPTION : Jacketed Reaction Vessel consist of a Cylindrical vertical shell with standard torospherical dish on both ends. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION : A jacket is provided on the Outside of the shell for Heating the reactor by passing steam or thermic Oil. or Cooling the reactor by passing cooling media. Stiffener Rings are provided on shell in between the shell and jacket to give uniform circulation of the heating or cooling media and to intensify the vessel. Agitator assembly mounted on the Top dish of Reactor consists of Shaft supported by Lantern Assembly on the Top End containing Bearing Housing with Tapered roller bearing and Ball bearing to withstand impact load and vibratory load ensuring smooth rotation of the Shaft. Water cooled Stuffing box filled with gland rope pressed by Gland pusher is also provided. On the other end of the shaft Blade is fitted of different types as per the need of the Process viz. Single Anchor, Double Anchor, Gate, Paddle, Flat or Curved Turbine & Propeller types. Baffles are also provided inside the shell as per the requirement. Top Dish of the Reactor is provided with various Nozzles viz. Manhole, Light Glass, Sight glass, Vapour, Addition, Reflux, Thermowell etc. Bottom Dish of the Reactor is provided with an Outlet nozzle where valve is fitted.

 Pug mixer inner walls are constructed of SS or MS sheets. The mixer consists of a centre shaft of appropriate diameter and is either made of S.S or M.S materiaI. The centre shaft is fitted with specially designed agitator blades in order to provide contraflow action. Contraflow ensures constant circulation of mix/blend ingredients from one end to another to homogenise the batch.  Both the ends of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft. Blend ingredients are prevented from leaking and entering into bearings by the stuffing box. The shaft is supported by heavy duty pedestals. For models below 300 kgs the unit is provided with a pulley drive system along with tilting arrangement for discharge.    For models above 300 kgs the unit is provided with a gearbox drive coupled to a motor and the discharge valve provided at the bottom

This type of machine consist of a motor of reputed make. All contact parts will comprise of S.S 304 material. It will have a protecting cage with two 20 mm bar held apart by closing flat ring clamping on to the bar. The shaft will be coupled directly to the motor shaft. Rotary vacuum paddle dryer is a jacketed cylindrical vessel with a large diameter hollow shaft. Attached to the shaft are hollow paddles provided with specially designed scraper blades, which scrape the entire internal surface of the dryer and continuously move and rotate the material thereby precluding the possibility of material remaining in contact with hot surfaces for protracted periods of time. Slurrywet cake is charged through the charging door while keeping rotation of the agitator on. Vacuum is then applied to the dryer along with dust catcher (mounted on the dryer) condenser and receiver.

Ribbon blenders are widely used for homogeneous mixing of dry granules & powders. The blender comprises a 'U' shaft with two sets of spiral ribbons, one inside the other.
