India is the 5th highest producer of Soybean seeds falling in the league of US, Brazil, China, Argentina, Paraguay, Canada and Indonesia. India is also 3rd highest consumer of soybean in the world. Soybean grown in hot and humid climate is also known as miracle crop. Soybean, a khariff crop, takes around two months' time to mature. Shedding of leaves on soybean plant is an indicator of harvesting and maturity of seeds. Annual production of soybean in India is approximately 7 million tons. The price of soybean is highly volatile as it is affected by the international market price.

Sorghum, also known as jowari, is the dried part of Sorghum vulgare. It is a part of staple diet of millions in tropical regions of Asia and Africa where it serves dual purpose of food and fodder.Sorghum in India is available in three varieties namely yellow shorgum, white Sorghum and red Sorghum. Sorghum is one those grains that can grow in very harsh environmental conditions. Due to this characteristic it has helped to sustain 60 million lives in rural India. Shorgum is gaining popularity due to its nutritional benefits. Apart from being gluten free, Sorghum is high in antioxidants. Sorghum is beneficial in cancer, diabetes, heart disease and some neurological diseases. India is the third largest producer of Sorghum in world where 95% of Sorghum grown in India is cultivated in the states of Maharashtra, southern states of Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Guar beans also known as Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Fabaceae is cultivated in semi-arid regions. India accounts for 90% of guar seeds production. India has exported 665,177.74 MT of guar gum for the worth of Rs. 9,480 crores during the year 2014-15.

Guar gum is inherently eight times thicker than cornstarch and is considered to be an excellent replacement for cornstarch in sauces, dressings and baking mixes. It is used in cosmetic in lotions, creams, toothpaste and as a conditioner in shampoos, in Pharmaceutical industry as a binder agent in tablets, in textile industry for sizing, finishing and printing, in paper industry for improved sheet formation and denser printing base, in explosive industry as a waterproofing agent mixed with ammonium nitrate, nitroglycerin etc., in oil and gas industry during the process of hydraulic fracturing, in dairy products to maintain homogeneity. The current yield of cumin seeds in world is around 300,000 tons per year and in India is approximately 200,000 tons per year with Gujarat and Rajasthan being the leading producers. Cumin seeds are added to majority of dishes as it imparts subtle natural sweetness to the cuisines. We advise customers to buy whole cumin seeds instead of cumin powder as with time the powder loses its flavor and properties. It is considered to be both a herb and a spice. It is used in cooking and medicines since a very long. Coriander seeds are powerhouse of potassium, vitamin A, C and K, iron, magnesium, folic acid and calcium. India being the biggest exporter of castor seeds for commercial purposes contributes to approximately 70% of total castor seeds exported across the world. Castor seeds are of great value to various industries such as cosmetics, surface coatings, toiletries, pharmaceuticals, perfumes, soaps, lubricant and medicines. Castor oil and its derivates may be used in either crude form or refine hydrogenated form. The pricing of castor seeds supplied by us depends on international markets as the demand is fluctuating because of castor becoming important source for bio-fuel industry. Castor seeds supplied and exported by Keshavam International are of special grade and can be further processes to manufacture derivatives of castor seeds. Total area for castor production in India was estimated to be around 7.87 lakh hectare in 2008-09. The Solvent Extractors Association of India predicts a good yield of castor seeds as per the acreage data.
