    The Raw material with suitable master batch is being fed in to the barrel through, hopper, The barrel is preheated by heating zones with pyrocontrol system, to process the input material. The  screw is rotated by suitable AC motor with heavy duty helical gear box, The rotating screw pushes the material towards die end with uniform and homogenized plastic melt. The plastic strans extruded from die are fed in to pelletiser unit after they get cooled and traveled through ss water cooling tank. Pelletiser unit cuts the strands in to desired size of pellets which can be collected in to storage silo.  Extruder   Extruder unit is consisting of heavy & sturdy MS channel’s fabricated frame and covered from CRC sheet. The screw and barrel are made from high tensile alloy steel duly nitride and honing finished. The screw is rotated by suitable AC motor & helical gear box via rubber belts & pulleys. The barrel has been devided in to heating zones for accurate temperature control. Thermocouples are provided for each heating zones for temperature control through digital temperature controllers. Movable motor attachments provided for main AC motor & pelletiser ‘s motor.      Die - head Compact design die head with bracker plate and one special die to extrude  pellets.  Cooling Tank Cooling tank is fabricated from stainless steel sheet which mounted on height adjustable fabricated stand. Guide rollers are provide to convey the strandsforward towards pelletising unit.  Pelletiser Pelletising unit is made from heavy angel's fabricated structure, which is consisting of sets of moving blades and fix blade which are mounted on balanced rotor.
