The Raw material with suitable master batch is being fed in to the barrel through, hopper, The barrel is preheated by heating zones with pyrocontrol system, to process the input material. The  screw is rotated by suitable AC motor with heavy duty helical gear box, The rotating screw pushes the material towards die end with uniform and homogenized plastic melt. The plastic strans extruded from die are fed in to pelletiser unit after they get cooled and traveled through ss water cooling tank. Pelletiser unit cuts the strands in to desired size of pellets which can be collected in to storage silo.  Extruder   Extruder unit is consisting of heavy & sturdy MS channel’s fabricated frame and covered from CRC sheet. The screw and barrel are made from high tensile alloy steel duly nitride and honing finished. The screw is rotated by suitable AC motor & helical gear box via rubber belts & pulleys. The barrel has been devided in to heating zones for accurate temperature control. Thermocouples are provided for each heating zones for temperature control through digital temperature controllers. Movable motor attachments provided for main AC motor & pelletiser ‘s motor.      Die - head Compact design die head with bracker plate and one special die to extrude  pellets.  Cooling Tank Cooling tank is fabricated from stainless steel sheet which mounted on height adjustable fabricated stand. The polymer resin are mostly available in granules form for certain specific end use and some mixing and moulding process needs the polymer resin powder, therefore the granules are normally grinded in pulverizer to smaller evenly sized particles, the ground particles are thereafter passed through sieve vibrator to ensure maximum evenness for subsequent process need. This contains Screw and Barrel both are made from alloy steel duly nitrided and hardchrome plated for long life. Screw is fitted on a suitable heavy thrust housing with thrust and roller bearing to withstand thrust pressure during extrusion. Screw is driven by AC motor and coupled through  heavy helical gear box. Barrel is divided into three zones for heating load distribution  water circulating jacket is provided in feeding zone.    Die :   Die and adapter is made out from an alloy steel and hardchrome plated.    Cooling Tank :   This unit is fabricated from the SS sheet, the tank adjustable in height &  sliding up & down on guide rollers.    Catter Puller :   This unit is used to pull pipe and equipped with specially designed rubber pulling belts. Adjustable gap device is equipped to adjust the gap between two belts. Suitable switch gears are provided to get the optimum performance of the machine. Mixer is suitable for mixing polymers and other ingredients. Consist of MS plate vessel, bearing housing, mixing tool, AC motor & other accessories.    Specifications   MIXING VESSEL - Vessel body fabricated from 10mm thickness MS plate, complete vessel is mounted on heavy MS bearing housing on a sturdy frame of fabricated steel structure.   BEARING HOUSING - Bearing housing is fitted directly on the frame below the vessel having main drive shaft with two nos of ball bearings. Resin leakage to bearing is prevented by mechanical rotary shaft seal & gasket.   MIXING TOOL - Four Blades of alloy steel dynamically balanced to avoid vibration and are mounted on the main shaft driven by a motor.   DRIVE - AC motor single speed drives the main shaft.

In the complete process, The polymer resin is loaded in the mould, the mould is fitted on the arms of machine, the loaded mould is shifted in to hot air oven box, when hot air circulates to melts the resin in the mould, as the molten resin gets properly heated & oriented, it add hears to the moulds inner surface until completely fused.
