Tappet Shaft : Superior quality tested I.S. standard bright bar moving on cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) fitted brakes. 8. Gears : Hob-cut helical gears to give smooth and noiseless working & uniform quality of fabrics. Double drive for loom above 84” reed space 9. Picking : Under-picking system having chilled picking nose and picking bowl perfectly matched and made up of special quality metal to give longer life. 10. Shedding : Twill / Twin / Dobby / Jacquard 11. Beating : Slay is carefully made from selected good quality of seasoned teak wood & shisham wood. Race board fitted with polished slay cap is incorporated in the loom which ensures suitable flight of the shuttle and correct beating. 12. Shuttle Box : 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4, Pick-n-Pick 13.
