The The OptimaTS rapid transfer system is a patented design. The OptimaTS design takes rapid transfer technology to a new level of performance. The Cape rapid transfer system is fully compatible with the La Calhène DPTE range of alpha and beta flanges including the injection moulded consumable flange. The OptimaTS alpha ports have the same fixing diameters as DPTE alpha ports.

The use of this system is very simple and efficient as once the working cycle of the dryer is finished the operator places the system below the discharge outlet of the drier and through the adapter connects the system to the machine, at this point the system is ready to be used. The operator places the drum with the bag on the scale and by means of the manual control valve deflates the ring and without the aid of any tool wraps the bag around the discharging pipe. Once the bag is in place he manually inflates the ring again by means of the control valve blocking the bag to the pipe, thus starting the product filling and dosing.

EHS Drum Movers are operated by two toggle switches allowing an operator to ergonomically lift and move drums anywhere within a manufacturing facility. Ergonomically positioned handles and thumb controls make the Drum Mover easy and intuitive to operate. Larger front wheels enable the Drum Mover to be moved with less force while small rear wheels allow for better maneuverability. Drums can be lifted directly off a pallet (when drums are in a four drum per pallet configuration) without the operator having to move or reposition the drums.

The EHS Drum Inverter features a very robust and portable design that allows operators to lift and position drums above tall applications. Custom options on the Drum Inverter allow it to accommodate a wide variety of applications. The use of a pneumatic compression funnel allows for various sized drums to be secured while the Drum Inverter is in operation. A drum liner retention ring can be used to prevent the drum liner from falling into the funnel valve. The compression pressure can easily be adjusted on the control panel to allow for various drum weights and structures.The Drum Inverter utilizes an actuation system that allows the drum to invert a full 180 degrees. Smooth rotation and simple operator controls allow the rotation to be stopped and started in any given position.

EHS Drum Carts allow drums to easily be moved from one location to another. The drum cart is constructed of 304 stainless steel and has an orbital surface finish. Higher-grade stainless and surface finish options are available upon request. Ergonomically position handles allow the operator to easily move a drum from one location to another. Four swivel casters allow the drum cart to be moved in any direction.

The Inflatable / Deflatable ring Dosing System, allows the operator to lock the bag (already placed inside the container) and to perform the unloading of the product as long as the weight is not reached. Once the weight is reached the operator by the control panel unlocks the bag and the operator can proceed to close it. The working cycle of this system is similar to the Continuous Liner Discharging System, but the closing of the bag is done manually by the operator once it has finished unloading. On this type of system, a dust suction system can be installed which further reduces operator contact with the product.
