The Rock is robust and easy to service. It is subject to natural wear when pumping concrete and can then be rebuilt with hard-face welding which makes it multi-economical. 

RVH18 is a concrete distributor with DN 125 pipeline and bends with SCHWING interchangeable pipe couplings. This distributor is with  3-section hydraulic boom, has four self-supporting legs, foldable to make it within transport dimensions. The lightweight design of pedestal and split boom design enables easy lifting, keeping control of assembly weight in minimum. RVH18 boom can reach  18 meters, with 3m concrete Hose fixed at the end. The leg can be placed on floor or barge or can be fixed in slip-form base.The RVH18 is provided with a sophisticated remote control system with electric motor power pack. The movements of the boom can be controlled precisely. The counter weight for all operation with power pack isresting on a slewing base column.Suitable safety devices are provided to ensure accident-free and safe operation of the stationary boom. RVH18 will enhance the mechanized concrete pouring and can avoid the cumbersome process of laying the pipelines. This can speed up the concrete pours with reduced manpower.

Stetter horizontal concrete mixing plants H1N, H1.25N, H2N, H3N, H4N, H5 and H6 incorporate the experience of over 72 years in mixing plant technology. Depending on the requirements, the HN-type series is equipped with a pan mixer or a twin-shaft mixer. While designing the plant, high importance was attached to the access, thereby facilitating maintenance. In addition, the generously dimensioned space allows this plant to be offered in a wide variety which can be taken from a modular system. H 5 & H6 plants are for mass requirements and can be suited to individual’s demands by adapting the design accordingly.

The motor (Diesel or Electric) drives the axial piston pump via a flexible coupling. Due to automatic output adjustment optimum utilization of the motor power, resulting in low energy consumption at differing   pumping condition. Additionally, the concrete flow can be manually adjusted. The pump operates in a proven open circuit.The maximum   placing output   and the pressure   are determined by the construction sites. Between these two values, automatic adjustment  by the governor occurs maintaining a  constant output depending on the  power available from the installed drive motor.The portable concrete pumps are assembled in the unit construction system.  The main assembly groups are Frame, Power unit, Concrete pump kit, Control block, Hydraulic tank and Hopper with agitator. The Frame & Axle  The frame, in compact execution, is constructed from standard vehicle profiles. The pump is mounted on heavy duty single axle chassis with draw bar, pneumatic tyres and for travelling on construction sites at up to 25 km/hr. Control System  The fully hydraulic control system is integrated within the drive. The compact control block and minimal hydraulic lines makes the equipment reliable and durable. The differential cylinder has trouble free piston rings and automatic constant stroke maintenance. Both gate valves change independently so that even when full change over is prevented by foreign material or similar obstructions  in the concrete, the pump continues to operate without problems. All components are especially developed and manufactured to withstand the rough treatment on construction sites. Control Housing Ideal flow conditions in the control housing resulting in superior placing proper ties also incase of concrete low on sand and fines, stiff consistence or crushed aggregates. Simple tilting of the output pipes enables easy control and cleaning of the concrete conveying path and the gate valve parts. Pumping Material Pumpable concrete, within any consistency range down to a water cement ratio of 0.4. Even concrete with aggregate grading up to 40mm can be conveyed  trouble  free with the concrete  pump through a 125mm diameter pipe line.   Flat gate valve The  two flat gate  valves working   independently  have  been especially developed for pumping concrete. Their working system with automatic adjustment permits trouble free pumping even with badly worn parts. Integrated Control Block  The hydraulic control system is integrated with in the drive. The compact  control  block  & minimal  hydraulic  lines makes  the equipment reliable & durable.

The compact plants in 30 m3 category is designed as such that the customer move it from one place to another. So, for this purpose, we have designed the compact plant CP 30 in a containerized format. Even a customer can ship it out of the country easily in a 40 ft container. So, it reduces the tremendous cost on transportation. Besides, the customer can re-erect the plant in a quick fashion. The compact plants are design houses which includes the Model CP30 (30 m3 productivity rate) and CP45 (45 m3 productivity rate). These plants are available in star, compartment and in-line Silo configurations.
