A soot blower is a system for removing the soot that is deposited on the furnace tubes of a boiler during combustion. many such soot blowers and Wall Deslaggers and are sure you may be requiring various O & M spares for the same. We shall welcome your entire requirement for Soot Blower spares or budgetary quote request for spares or complete soot blowers.

The fly ash from the flue gases passing through the ESP fields are collected in the hoppers below and then carried by ash handling system. Due to moisture content and low temperature inside hoppers, choking & accumulation of fly ash occurs frequently affecting the performance of ESP. Heaters are provided on all 4 sides of hoppers to maintain temperature inside hoppers for effective flow of fly ash to ash disposal system. High Temperature Hopper Heaters are manufactured from incoloy for ESP application for long life. These are designed to withstand Shock & Vibration and when installed on the sides of Hopper and insulated, they provide a blanket Heat Coverage effect.

The standard Emitting Electrode is designed for longer life with a high tensile strength. For Discharge Electrodes of Alstom style ESP’s, the shrouded hook ends of Electrodes are manufactured with the Electrode wire inserted through the shroud prior to forming the hook, thus eliminating the requirement for crimping. We manufacture different designs of Discharge Electrodes to OEM standards, using varieties of raw materials. There are many more designs & shapes of Discharge Electrodes, which are part of our product range, but not displayed below. Please contact us for all your requirements of Discharge Emitting Electrodes.

In Flakt type ESP’s, Collecting Electrodes are mostly of 400 mm, 500 mm & 735 mm width, as per the profile shown on this page. “Air Systems” manufacturers all the 3 types of Collecting Electrodes for Flakt type of Electrostatic Precipitators.

Coal nozzle, Coal nozzle tips and complete Coal Compartment assemblies for different sizes of fossil fired boilers. Our Burner Parts are manufactured from super high heat resistant alloys to ensure longer life. The Coal nozzles are either of fabricated design or the precision machined from SG iron castings to ASTM A536 GR 65 grade.

Temperature : 600°F and 700°F.

In particular, this article describes the combustion air preheaters used in large boilers found in thermal power stations producing electric power from e.g. fossil fuels, biomasses or waste. An air preheater (APH) is a general term to describe any device designed to heat air before another process (for example, combustion in a boiler) with the primary objective of increasing the thermal efficiency of the process. They may be used alone or to replace a recuperative heat system or to replace a steam coil.
