Wet Chemical Work Laminar Bench is having class 1000 clean environment inside the workbench, which will be achieved through two-stage filtration of indoor air, via- a set of primary filter bank of 10 micron rating and a set of final HEPA filter bank of 0. 3 micron rating. The airtight construction of the cabinet ensures no cross contamination or reverse flow of air takes place. The cabinet and structures are made from electro-galvanized iron with polyurethane paint coated finish and inner work area will be covered with 10 mm thick polypropylene materials. This product is applicable for lithography (wet etching using of solvents/acids) and nanotechnology and trace metal lab application etc.

UV sterile chamber is complete air tight enclosure, the worktable is made of IS 304 Grade - polished stainless steel or melamine laminated ply. Door made of clear acrylic and provided with - see – through window and two ports are provided. One No UV lamp & One No Fluorescent tube - will be provided. The vent holes will be provided on the top of the chamber. MOC in ply-lam constructions provided with UV lamp, day light lamp, front door, glass view panel, vent holes & leveling jacks

The garments storage cabinets is consist of UV Lamp for Sterilization, IR Lamp to maintain the temperature, Swing type glass doors. PASS THROUGH BOXES are installed in a manufacturing area to pass through the materials from a un-controlled environment to a controlled environment. It is cubicle box with doors on both side and they are interlocked. It protects the controlled environment from possible pollution while transferring a material inside. These modules feeds two stage filtration primary 5 micron and final 0.3 micron HEPA filtered dust-free air to built-up and maintain positive pressure in the sterile area. The positive pressure effect caused by the module ensures that the air movement is always outside and prevents entry of contaminated air inside the sterile area. Available in 500 CFM & 1000 CFM airflow capacities based on the room volume in self mounting type, wall mounted, ceiling & window mounted models.
