R.K. Tex dyeing machines operate with material fully immersed in dyeing liquor, liquor flow through the material is bi-directional for perfect dyeing quality by using axial flow turbo pump, Specially designed for package dyeing application. Liquor flow direction is reversed automatically at preset time intervals from inside to outside and outside to inside of textile material during dyeing.
The high flexibility and compatibility design features make the machine suitable for dyeing cotton, nylon, polyester, acrylic, silk, viscose etc., in package form and also dyeing fiber, cotton, wool, artificial silk, muffs, tapes, ropes, satin cloths etc., in loose forms by using suitable carriers.

Tex dyeing machines also can be run in fully flooded mode with the help of high pressure liquor circulation pump to maintain 3.5 kg / cm2 to 4kg / cm2 pressureBacked by years of technological research and development activities, continuous dedication to all details of engineering, manufacturing. Testing and servicing facilitate to produce dyeing machines with minimum substrate weight of 100gms / Batch to a maximum of 1000 Kgs / Batch.
R.K. Tex dyeing machines are designed to operate under air pad mode where the pressurization is generated by a pad of the compressed air in the upper part of the autoclave and automatically controlled to keep a preset valve, with the following technological advantages. The air is never in contact with the yarn so the problem of hydrolysis can be eliminated. Air pad pressurization permits to inject dyestuffs and chemicals direct into main liquor circuit, there by saving dyes, chemicals, thermal energy and water with low as material to liquor ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:5.5 .
R.K. Tex high temperature package dyeing machine (Air pad type) or (fully flooded type) is fabricated from fine quality corrosion resistant stainless steel, grade 316Ti/316L ( AISI 316Ti/316L ) for major wetted parts. All pressure parts and components are designed, manufactured and inspected according to the maximum working temperature 140°c, maximum working pressure 5.2bar. HT sample device installed in line with the main circulation line to produce extract Reproducibility, with the main vat reduces machine down time for sampling.
The liquor flow ratio regulation systems allows for adopting the optimum dyeing conditions in functions of the materials under process ( Yarn, Tops, Loose, Stock, Cotton, Polyesters, Wool etc) dyestuffs, classes material density and permeability. Safety pressure relief valve for Kier, set at 5.2bar ( 76PSI) with normal operating pressure at 4.8bar(70PSI)
