Yama Control Company established in 1981 is an ISO 9001:2001 certified company (RWTUV) engaged in manufacturing of Sand Castings in Plain Carbon Steel, Low & High Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Nickel based Alloys. Yama Control Company is strategically located at Coimbatore, the Manchester of South India and caters to valve and pump industries locally and globally. Fast deliveries, superior quality, competitive pricing and outstanding customer service have earned us wide reputation among domestic and international customers.
Initial inception was as machine shop supplying control valve accessories, valve actuators, boilers accessories to leading companies in India. Today, we have grown to a status of a company. As an expansion process cum backward integration, a steel foundry with capacity of 720 tons per annum was established in 2004 to meet the growing demands of Steel Castings requirements of Valve and Pump Industries.
Our Team
Yama Control Company is managed by a team of dedicated and experienced personnel. At Yama Control Company, we greatly believe that our biggest asset is our strong, dedicated and committed workforce.
Our team is headed by the Managing Partner of Yama Control Company, who is a Mechanical Engineer with 35 years of experience in foundry line. He has experiences in Marketing, Production and Administration.
The Production Department is managed by a Mechanical Engineer with 12 plus years of experience and manages the day-to-day affairs of the company. He is assisted by sufficient people. He also oversees the production of other machined components & control valve accessories.
The Designing - Methoding department is headed by an engineer with an experience of 10 years. He also holds NDT Level II Certification in Radiography as well as in Ultrasonic (RT & UT Level II.)
The Purchase and Administration department is managed by well-experienced cost accountants and persons with 20 plus years of experiences.

We identify in depth the customer’s requirements by conducting a thorough study on their techno-commercial requirements. We analyze in detail their quality standards. Based on the above we orient ourselves to suit their needs.

We continuously upgrade the castings flow line to achieve the best quality. Also we interact with R & D engineers in other parts of the world and implement the best features. We monitor each and every despatch and obtain the feedback for evaluating our standards.
